CMC ROCKS THE HUNTER 2013 TICKETING INFORMATION

LARGE CAMPSITES HAVE NOW SOLD OUT!

Please ensure you register with our new ticketing site. You are required to sign up as a member before you will be able to purchase tickets. Signing up only takes a few minutes and you can do so at any time.

As CMC Rocks the Hunter, held at Hope Estate, operates on a licensed premises, all patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while on site.

Please note that all tickets will be distributed in February 2013.

EARLY BIRD TICKETS

On sale at 9am, Tuesday 25th September AEST until 5pm, Friday 28th September AEST 2012.

Early bird tickets are limited, and are only available to database members.

·           All listed prices are inclusive of GST & booking fee.

·           A limited number of campsites will be available for purchase during the early bird period.

·           Junior tickets apply to those aged between 4 and 15 years of age as at March 17^th 2013. Children aged 3 years and under enter for free. Junior ticket holders, as well as children aged 3 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult ticket holder at all times on the festival site.

GENERAL PUBLIC TICKETS

On sale now. Tickets purchased after Monday 11th March 2013 must be collected at the festival box office on site. Online sales close 5pm on Thursday 14 March, after which tickets will only be available at the festival box office on site.

CAMP SITES

·           All listed prices are inclusive of GST & booking fee.

·           All listed prices are per camp site.

·           All patrons wishing to camp on site must hold a 3 day event pass .

TIME TO PAY

CMC Rocks The Hunter is again offering a ticket purchase payment plan – “Time To Pay”. This allows patrons to pay off their tickets and campsites over a number of instalments. 

The “Time to Pay” option is available up to and including 21 October 2012. If you choose to pay for your ticket using the “Time to Pay” plan, the terms and conditions will apply. Please ensure you have read these in full and understand each point.

Depending on when you purchase your tickets, your payment schedules will differ as outlined below:

For tickets purchased between 4 October 2012 and before 21 October 2012, the total amount owing by you will be divided into three (3) equal instalments payable as follows:

PAYMENT SCHEDULE – 3 equal payments

First instalment – Due on the date of ordering

Second instalment – Due 30 days after first payment

Third instalment – Due 30 days after second payment

For tickets purchased between 22 October 2012 and before 21 November 2012, the total amount owning by you will be divided into two (2) equal instalments payable as follows:

PAYMENT SCHEDULE – 2 equal payments

First instalment – Due on the date of ordering

Second instalment – Due 30 days after first payment

Instalments will be deducted using the same credit card used for the original booking. If your credit card happens to expire during the “Time to Pay” period, you must update your credit card details via your secure online member’s area.
