IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ
- You must agree to these Festival T+Cs and Camping T+Cs (as applicable) to purchase Tickets.
- Moshtix may, without notice, invalidate any Tickets that are believed to be in breach of the T+Cs, and no refund, replacement or compensation will be offered.
- Each Ticket attracts a Booking Fee, which is inclusive of GST.
- All Tickets and products are priced in Australian dollars.
- Should the Festival be cancelled or rescheduled, Moshtix will inform customers via their nominated email address. Moshtix provides this service on behalf of the Promoter.

You and Your: Any person holding a valid ticket for the Festival Site and/or the Camp Site, whether or not the ticket was purchased by the person holding the ticket or through a third party
FESTIVAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions are Binding: tickets to the Festival are sold or given and admission to the Festival is granted on the express condition that you are bound by these Festival Terms and Conditions and any other rules and regulations issued by the Promoter (Festival T+Cs). By purchasing a Festival Ticket you agree to be bound to the Festival T+Cs.
Directions of Festival Staff: you must follow the reasonable directions of Festival staff as required and comply with the law at all times during the Festival.
Proof of Age: the Festival is an all ages event. You must have proof of age photo ID to purchase or consume alcohol in the Festival Site. Promoter reserves the right to evict any underage person (or persons unable to provide proof of age ID) if found trying to purchase or consuming alcohol.
All Children Under 18 Years: all children aged under 18 years of age (Minors) must be accompanied at all times in the Camp Site and Festival Site by a responsible adult, parent or guardian. Tickets for Minors can only be purchased with an Adult Ticket. There are three (3) categories:
(a) Junior Ticket 3 Years and Under: children aged 3 years and under (as at 19 March 2020) are admitted free of charge to the Festival Site and Camp Site.
(b) Junior Ticket 4 Years – 14 Years: children who are 4 years and over (as at 19 March 2020) are to buy a Junior 1 Day Festival Ticket, a Junior Full Event Festival Ticket, or a Junior Full Event Festival & Camping Ticket (as required).
(c) Youth Ticket 15 – 17 Years: persons 15 years and over (as at 19 March 2020) but under 18 years of age (as at 19 March 2020) are to buy a Youth 1 Day Festival Ticket, a Youth Full Event Festival Ticket, or a Youth Full Event Festival & Camping Ticket (as required).
You will be required to present proof of age for all children aged 3 years and under (as at 19 March 2020).
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times on both the Festival Site and Camp Site.
Festival Only Tickets (Wristbands): entry to the Festival Site will be granted with presentation of a bar-coded PDF ticket. The 1 x PDF ticket is your entry to the Festival. Your 1 x PDF ticket will be exchanged for a Festival Wristband upon arrival.
Festival & Camping Tickets (Wristbands): entry to the Festival Site and Camp Site will be granted with presentation of a bar-coded PDF ticket (1 x PDF ticket for the Festival Site and 1 x PDF ticket for the Camp Site). The 2 x PDF tickets are your entry to the Festival and the Camp Site. Your 2 x PDF tickets will be exchanged for 1 x Festival & Camping Wristband upon arrival at the Camp Site. If you only have a Festival Wristband you will not be permitted to enter the Camp Site for any reason whatsoever.
Your Festival & Camping Wristband must be worn at all times on the Camp Site – failure to do so may result in eviction from the Camp Site. Any Wristbands that are removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Damaged or defaced Wristbands will not be accepted.
Authorised Ticketing Agency: Tickets must be issued by the Authorised Ticketing Agency to be exchanged for a Wristband upon entry to the Festival Site and/or the Camp Site. Authorised Ticketing Agency means Moshtix Pty Ltd (Moshtix).
Lost PDF Tickets and Lost Wristbands: replacement is not available for lost, destroyed or stolen PDF Tickets or Festival Wristbands or Festival & Camping Wristbands unless proof of purchase is presented.
Ticket Restrictions: you agree not to re-sell tickets contrary to applicable laws. Festival Tickets and Festival & Camping Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Promoter:
- be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites); or
- used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions); or
- used to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer.
If a Festival Ticket or a Festival & Camping Ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Festival Ticket or Festival & Camping Ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the Festival Ticket or Festival & Camping Ticket may be refused admission. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify you of such action.
Scalping Warning: the unauthorised resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.
Ticket Purchase Limits: Promoter reserves the right to enforce published ticket purchase limits and cancel any tickets obtained above said limits in any one transaction. If you exceed the stated ticket limit, you may have all or any of your order and tickets cancelled without notice by Promoter in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
Smoking Policy: venues and stages within the Festival Site and Camp Site may operate a No Smoking policy and you must comply with any such policy. No smoking is permitted in any indoor area of the Festival Site or the Camp Site.
Photographing and/or Recording of the Festival by You: personal digital cameras are permitted at the Festival. SLR cameras are permitted but professional photography equipment (eg telephoto lenses; any lens over 20cm; any detachable lens) is not permitted without Promoter-issued media accreditation. Festival staff will determine in their discretion whether equipment is considered to be professional photography equipment. Photos of artists and/or the Festival are permitted only on the basis that:
- images are only used for private and personal use; and
- images cannot be made available for sale and/or public display.
Recording or filming the Festival is strictly prohibited.
Promoter reserves the right to confiscate and/or delete any footage, recordings and/or photos created by unauthorised or prohibited recording, filming or photography.
Recording and Photography of the Festival by Promoter: you consent to be included in official photography, film and sound recordings of the Festival and for these recordings to be used by Promoter and/or any of its authorised representatives and contractors in any medium or context without further authorisation by or compensation to you.
Restricted Capacity: you acknowledge that there may be restricted capacities at some of the Festival’s stages. Once the maximum capacity is reached in these areas there will be no further admissions. Your purchase of a Festival Ticket to the Festival does not guarantee admission to these areas in such cases.
No Animals: animals are not permitted at the Festival Site or Camp Site. Service animals are permitted.
Your Behaviour: you must ensure that you and your invitees act in an orderly manner when attending the Festival Site and Camp Site. Promoter may refuse entry or evict you or any of your invitees if you or any of your party are behaving in a disorderly, offensive or inappropriate manner.
Alcohol: the Festival is fully licensed – please do not bring alcohol with you as it will be confiscated and will not be returned and the offending patron(s) may be ejected from the Festival Site for the remainder of the Festival. Only alcohol purchased from bars at the Festival may be consumed at the Festival Site.
If you wish to consume alcohol, you must have valid proof of age photo ID. You must be of legal age (18 years) to purchase and consume alcohol on the Festival Site. If you are found supplying or buying alcohol for a Minor you will be evicted from the Festival and may be referred to police.
Food and Drink: no food or drink will be permitted into the Festival Site. Sealed plastic water bottles cannot be brought into the Festival Site. The contents of any unsealed plastic water bottles cannot be brought into the Festival Site. Unsealed EMPTY plastic or metal water bottles (no glass) can be brought into the Festival Site (for use at the free water stations).
Drugs: if you are found supplying, consuming or in possession of illicit drugs you will be removed from the Festival Site and Camp Site and may be referred to the police.
Signage: you are not permitted to display trading signs or protest banners or paraphernalia on the Festival Site or Camp Site.
Your Personal Information: pursuant to your booking, Promoter may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, credit card or payment details, telephone number and the names of all ticket allocations. Unless you tell us otherwise, Promoter may disclose your contact details to third parties if you elect to receive such information at time of ticket purchase so they can provide you with promotional material about other events and products. Promoter may also need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act. If you have any questions about how Promoter will handle your personal information please visit the link at the bottom of the ticketing page where you purchased your Festival ticket or contact the Promoter.
Promoter’s Liability: the services provided by Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill to the extent required by the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth) 2010 and applicable similar state legislation. Apart from such statutory liability, Promoter and the owner and/or lessee of the Festival Site and Camp Site will not be liable or responsible for any injury, damage or loss suffered or incurred by you or any person entering or when you enter or are on the Festival Site and Camp Site whether caused by the negligence of Promoter or that of the owner and/or lessee of the Festival Site and Camp Site (or their respective employees or agents), whether arising in tort, contract, bailment or otherwise – all such injury loss or damage to person or property is at your own risk.
Indemnity: you agree to indemnify Promoter and owner and/or lessee of the Festival Site and Camp Site (as applicable) against any loss or damage Promoter and/or Festival Site and/or Camp Site owner and/or lessee may suffer arising out of your negligence or breach of the Festival T+Cs and/or the Camping T+Cs (as applicable).
Release: to the full extent permitted by law, you waive all legal rights of action against and fully release Promoter and owner or lessee of the Festival Site and Camp Site (and their respective executive members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors or agents) from any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, death, economic loss or consequential loss for any default, failure or negligence (to the extent permitted by law) in relation to entry to and presence on the Festival Site and Camp Site.
Risk: entry to the Festival Site is at your own risk. Without limiting the generality of this:
– appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn at all times at the Festival Site;
– you must not mosh, crowd surf or stage dive;
– ear plugs should be worn if necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, Promoter takes no responsibility for any hearing damage or loss caused by excessive noise or injury caused by your failure to follow Promoter’s directives. In the event of injury or illness Promoter may, at your cost, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed essential for your safety.
Credit Card Transaction Details: as Chugg Entertainment Pty Ltd will be co-ordinating the ticketing on behalf of the Festival, the name Chugg Entertainment Pty Ltd will appear on your credit card statement next to your ticket purchase transaction.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: the Festival is an all weather event. The Festival will take place rain, hail or shine. Promoter reserves the right to change, add, withdraw or substitute artists in the Festival line-up, vary the advertised program, vary the date, vary the Festival Site and/or the Camp Site without prior notification and deny admission to the Festival Site and/or Camp Site (including admission to a particular performance at the Festival Site) with reasonable cause.
No refunds on tickets except where required by law or in accordance with Live Performance Australia’s Code of Practice for Ticketing of Live Entertainment Events in Australia which is available on their website (www.livepeformance.com.au).
There will be no refund of any unused portion of a Festival Ticket or Camping Ticket if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave for any of the reasons set out in the Festival T+Cs, the Camping T+Cs or if you decide not to attend.
You are responsible for checking the age minimum for the Festival. No refunds will be processed if you are denied entry due to not having valid identification for admittance to the Festival Site and/or Camp Site.
Ticket Delivery Methods: no Tickets or Wristbands will be posted. All Tickets will be emailed in a PDF format to the purchaser’s email address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Promoter holds a valid email address for you as at the time of purchase and any changes to your email address are updated via your Moshtix account at moshtix.com.au. PDF Tickets will be exchanged for Festival Wristbands or Festival & Camping Wristbands on arrival at the Festival Site or Camp Site.
Box Office Collections: no refunds will be processed for any PDF Tickets left unclaimed at the Box Office. The cardholder in whose name the PDF Tickets were purchased must have valid photo ID when collecting the PDF Tickets from the Box Office. No refunds will be processed if you do not have valid photo ID and are denied entry to the Festival Site and/or the Camp Site.
Search on Entry: it is a condition of entry to the Festival Site and Camp Site that a search of you and/or your possessions and/or vehicles be required at the time of entry to the Festival Site and Camp Site. If you do not consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the Festival Site and Camp Site without refund. Prohibited items include but are not limited to the list of items at the end of these T+Cs and any Prohibited Items will be confiscated. Confiscated items will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed and proceeds from confiscated items (if any) will be donated to a charity.
Enforceability: any provision of the Festival T+Cs and/or Camping T+Cs which is or becomes unenforceable shall not invalidate the other provisions of the Festival T+Cs and/or Camping T+Cs (as applicable).
CAMPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT: All of the terms and conditions that apply to the Festival itself (including those provided to you when you purchase a Festival Ticket or as shown on the Festival website or displayed at the entry point of the Festival Site and/or Camp Site) also apply to the Camp Site. These Camping Terms and Conditions are in addition to and must be read in conjunction with the Festival T+Cs.

By purchasing a Camping Ticket you agree to be bound to the Camping T+Cs.

Purchasing Your Camping Ticket: the Festival & Camping Wristband will allow you to camp for up to five (5) nights and five (5) days from:
from 12:00 midday* (AEST) Wednesday 18 March 2020 (*Subject to DA approval)
until 12:00 midday (AEST) Monday 23 March 2020
Camp Site Access: unless we publish an earlier Camp Site access time, no entry to the Camp Site is permitted before 12:00 midday (AEST) (*subject to DA approval) on Wednesday 18 March 2020. Vehicle access into the Camp Site is not permitted before this time.
You Need a Festival & Camping Wristband: if you want to camp, you will need 2 x PDF tickets:
- 1 x PDF Full Event Festival Ticket; and
- 1 x PDF Camping Ticket.
You will not be able to enter the Camp Site without being in possession of a valid Festival & Camping Wristband for each person. If you only have a 1 Day Festival Wristband you will not be permitted to enter the Camp Site.
Vehicle Movement: vehicles brought into the Camp Site (including the Overflow Car Park) are not permitted to leave the Camp Site (or Overflow Car Park) under any circumstances until the Approved Departure Time. All vehicles brought onto the Camp Site (or the Overflow Car Park) must remain parked at the designated Camp Spot or Overflow Carpark spot until the Approved Departure Time. Vehicles are not permitted to be driven around the Camp Site for any reason (this includes ferrying passengers between entry gates and the designated Camping Spot or the Overflow Carpark spot). Approved Departure Time means either of the following:
10:00pm (AEST) on Sunday 22 March 2020 – 1:00am (AEST) on Monday 23 March 2020
6:00am (AEST) on Monday 23 March 2020 – 12:00 midday (AEST) on Monday 23 March 2020
Breach of this condition may result in your eviction from the Festival Site / Camp Site for the remainder of the Festival. If you are evicted for breach of this condition you will not be entitled to any refund for your Festival Ticket or Camping Ticket.
Maximum Number of People on a Camping Spot: at the time of purchase you must nominate how many people will be on your Camping Spot. You will be issued with 1 x PDF Camping Ticket for each person nominated at the time of purchase. Whilst you cannot have more than the maximum number of occupants per Camping Spot, you can have less than the maximum number.
Selection of Camping Spot: all Camping Spots will be allocated by Festival staff on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to camp with friends, you must arrive together and have purchased the same size Camping Spot (ie Small, Medium or Large) as all Camping Spot sizes are in separate areas.
Alcohol: the Camp Site is strictly an ALCOHOL FREE ZONE. Your person, possessions and/or vehicle may be searched and any alcohol found will be confiscated and will not be returned and the offending patron(s) may be ejected from the Festival Site / Camp Site for the remainder of the Festival.
Noise: no noise is permitted in the Camp Site after 12:00 midnight (AEST).
Weather: please come prepared for all weather; the Festival and camping will proceed irrespective of weather conditions. No refunds will be made should you decide not to attend the Festival or the Camp Site due to inclement weather.
Leaving the Camp Site: on departure of the Camp Site please make sure all your belongings, camping equipment, rubbish and vehicles are removed. Promoter will not be responsible for any belongings left on the Camp Site and anything left behind will either be discarded or donated to charity.
Behaviour and Security: please respect the Camp Site and your fellow campers. Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in your eviction from the Camp Site. You will be evicted from the Camp Site if you behave in a threatening or inappropriate manner (aggressive, riotous, abusive, lewd or insulting actions) towards other patrons or Festival staff. There will be 24 hour security at the Camp Site to ensure the safety and amenity of all campers. You are responsible for the safety and security of your belongings and Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of your possessions at the Camp Site.
Disabled Accessible Camp Site: disabled access Camping Spots are purchased as regular Camping Spots but on arrival at the Camping Site you will be directed to a specific area (close to amenities). You will be required to bring your original Mobility Parking Scheme permit issued by a regulatory authority (or equivalent proof of impaired mobility) to be allocated a disabled access Camping Spot.
Promoter’s Rights: Promoter reserves the right to amend or vary the advertised camping configuration, capacity (without prior notification) and deny admission to the Camp Site with reasonable cause.
Prohibited Items include but are not limited to:
- Alcohol – any alcohol found at the Festival Site or the Camp Site will be confiscated and the offending patron(s) ejected from the Festival Site / Camp Site for the remainder of the Festival.
- Glass (jars, bottles, containers, mirrors and perfumes).
- Hydration packs and reservoirs (eg Camelbaks) and sealable pouches (yoghurt, baby food pouches) * exceptions for families with children under 14 years of age
- Weapons or explosives of any kind (including potential missiles).
- Illegal substances.
- Nitrous oxide bulbs and canisters.
- Flares, fireworks, sparklers, explosives or any fire twirling equipment.
- Fires and open flames.
- Flammable liquids (container / jerry cans with flammable liquids will be confiscated).
- Sound systems.
- Air horns.
- Portable laser equipment, laser points or pens.
- Sharpies, markers, paint cans or paint pens.
- Drones or any other remote control devices.
- Anything studded (ie belts, wristbands, etc).
- Kites or sky lanterns.
- Toy guns, water guns or slingshots.
- Audio or video recording devices (including GoPro and similar).
- Professional photography equipment (eg telephoto lenses; any lens over 20cm; any detachable lens; stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment or anything deemed by Festival staff to be professional photography equipment).
- Skateboards, scooters, wagons, carts, rollerblades, roller skates, bicycles, quad-bikes, segways, hoverboards, self-balancing scooters or any personal motorised vehicles.
- Animals (excluding service dogs such as guide dogs).
- Unauthorised solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, or other promotional items.
- Umbrellas (Festival Site only).
- Clothing, jewellery or accessory displaying the name of any motorcycle-related or similar organisations or any “declared criminal organisation” within the meaning of the Criminal Code (Criminal Organisations) Regulation 2013.
- Any other item deemed by Festival staff (in their discretion) to be dangerous or offensive or potentially dangerous.
Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons.
Any persons found to be in possession of Prohibited Items will have those Prohibited Items confiscated and they will not be returned.
Any persons found to be in possession of illegal substances or participating in illegal activities will be removed from Festival Site / Camp Site and may be referred to the police.
You are responsible for checking all Festival information and ensuring you have purchased the correct Camping Tickets and Festival Tickets for the Festival. No refunds will be processed if you make an error in connection with your ticket purchase.

TIME TO PAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Qualifying for Time To Pay Option: the Time To Pay Option is available on full price Festival Ticket and/or Camping Ticket purchases including The Drove Pre-Sale.

Time To Pay Option Available Until 31 January 2020: if you choose to pay for your Festival Ticket and/or Camping Ticket using the Time To Pay Option the following terms and conditions will apply. By purchasing with the Time To Pay Option, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Time To Pay Terms and Conditions (Time To Pay T+Cs).
Time To Pay Payment Schedules: by selecting the Time To Pay Option, you irrevocably direct and authorise Chugg Entertainment Pty Ltd to charge your nominated credit card on the scheduled dates below (note that if a scheduled date is a weekend or public holiday, the credit card will be charged on the next business day). Note that the amount for the total ticket purchase is divided into the specified number of instalments but 100% of the administration fee is charged with the first instalment paid on Date of Purchase:

The last date that Time to Pay option will be available is 11:59pm (AEST) on 31 January 2020.
Credit Card Details: all payments will be processed using the same credit card used for the original purchase. If your credit card expires during the Time To Pay period, you must update your credit card details via your Moshtix account at moshtix.com.au
Changes to Payment Schedule and Refunds: the Time To Pay Payment Schedules cannot be changed and unless required under applicable Trade Practices and Consumer Protection laws, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange during the Time To Pay process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit card account details you have provided are correct and up to date and you have sufficient clear funds available in the account on the scheduled payment dates.
Delivery of PDF Tickets: PDF Tickets purchased under the Time To Pay Option will not be emailed until all payment instalments are received. Once full payment has been received, you will receive your PDF Ticket via email. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Promoter holds a valid email address for you as at the time of purchase and any changes to your email address are updated via your Moshtix account at moshtix.com.au.
Default on Payment: if an instalment is not received on the scheduled payment date, we will make one attempt to contact you by email and/or telephone. You will be given ten (10) days from the date we attempt to contact you to respond to the enquiry or update your payment information. If we do not hear from you or you do not arrange payment within the ten (10) day period then you will be deemed to have defaulted on the Payment Schedule and the Cancellation for Default provisions below will apply.
Cancellation for Default: default on the Payment Schedule will result in cancellation of your entire Ticket purchase, loss of any deposit and all payments made prior to the default. No exceptions.
