Dictionary for the Festival Terms and Conditions

You and Your:  Any person holding a valid ticket for the Festival whether or not the ticket was purchased by the person holding the                          ticket or through a third party

 

You must agree to these Festival T+Cs to purchase Tickets.
AXS may, without notice, invalidate any Tickets that are believed to be in breach of the Festival T+Cs and no refund, replacement or compensation will be offered.
Each Ticket attracts a Booking Fee, which is inclusive of GST.
All Tickets and products are priced in Australian dollars.
Should the Festival be cancelled or rescheduled, AXS will inform customers via their nominated email address.
AXS provides this service on behalf of the Promoter.

CMC Rocks QLD 2026 – Festival Terms and Conditions
  1. Terms and Conditions are Binding: Festival Tickets are sold or given and admission to the Festival is granted on the express condition that you are bound by these Festival Terms and Conditions and any other rules and regulations issued by the Promoter (Festival T+Cs).  By purchasing a Festival Ticket you agree to be bound to the Festival T+Cs.
  2. Directions of Festival Personnel: you must follow the reasonable directions of Festival personnel as required and comply with the law at all times during the Festival.
  3. Licensing and Proof of Age: the Festival is an all ages event. You must have valid proof of age photo ID to purchase or consume alcohol in the Festival Site.  Promoter reserves the right to evict any underage person (or persons unable to provide proof of age ID) if found trying to purchase or consuming alcohol.

         All Children Under 18 Years: all children aged under 18 years of age as at 18 March 2026 (Minors) must be accompanied at          all times in the Festival Site by a responsible adult, parent or guardian. Tickets for Minors can only be purchased with an Adult          (18+) Ticket. There are two (2) ticket categories for Minors:

         (a) Junior Ticket 4 Years – 14 Years: children who are 4 years and over are to buy a Junior Festival Ticket.
         (b) Youth Ticket 15 Years – 17 Years: persons 15 years and over but under 18 years of age are to buy a Youth Festival Ticket.

         Children aged 3 Years and Under: Children aged 3 years and under are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket to          gain entry to the Festival Site.  

         You will be required to present proof of age for all Minors at the Festival when collecting your wristband (children aged 3          years and under; Juniors aged 4-14 years; and Youths aged 15-17 years). A copy of a birth certificate is an acceptable proof of          age.

  1. Authorised Ticketing Agent:  Tickets to the Festival are available through the Authorised Ticketing Agent.  The Authorised Ticketing Agent for CMC Rocks QLD 2026 is: AXS Australia Group Pty Ltd (AXS) https://www.axs.com/au  
  2. Ticket Delivery Methods. You will need to download the AXS Mobile App (iOS or Android) to receive Festival Tickets directly to your AXS Mobile ID.
  3. Festival Tickets
    Ticket Purchase
    : a Festival Wristband will be provided and entry to the Festival Site granted with the presentation of your Full Festival Ticket or Single Day Ticket via your AXS Mobile ID Account.
    Your Festival Wristband must be worn at all times at the Festival Site – failure to do so may result in eviction from the Festival Site. Any Wristbands that are removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Damaged or defaced Wristbands will not be accepted.
    Credit Card Transaction Details: the name AXS Australia Group will appear on your credit card statement next to your ticket purchase transaction if you selected to pay in full. If you pay using PayPal or the PayPal Pay in 4 payment plan, PAYPAL will appear on your credit card statement next to your ticket purchase transaction.

    Ticket Purchase Warning: You are warned not to buy Festival Tickets from unauthorised operators. If you buy Festival Tickets from unauthorised operators you do so at your own risk and neither the Promoter nor the Authorised Ticketing Agent will be able to assist you. Promoter does not allocate any Festival Tickets to unauthorised re-sellers which include but are not limited to: Viagogo; Stubhub; Ticketfinders; Ticket Merchant; Tixel; and Worldticketshop.  Promoter cannot guarantee any ticket purchase made through any means other than the Authorised Ticketing Agent (for example via websites such as eBay, Gumtree and social media BuySwap Sell pages).
    Ticket Restrictions: the promotion, advertising, offering or selling of Festival Tickets is strictly prohibited by anyone other than the Authorised Ticketing Agent, unless:
    (a) with Promoter’s prior written consent; or
    (b) where expressly permitted under relevant State or Federal trading laws.
    Festival Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Promoter, be used for advertising, promotion or for any other
    commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. In addition to any other legal rights and remedies that Promoter has in this regard, Promoter reserves the right to immediately cancel, without notice or compensation to you, any Festival Tickets sold or used in breach of this condition.
    Ticket Purchase Limits: Promoter reserves the right to enforce published ticket purchase limits and cancel any tickets obtained above said limits in any one transaction. If you exceed the stated ticket limit, you may have all or any of your order and tickets cancelled without notice by Promoter in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, ticketing account, email address, IP address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy: the Festival is an all-weather event. The Festival will take place rain or shine.  Promoter reserves the right to change, add, reschedule, withdraw or substitute artists in the Festival line-up and/or vary advertised programs, times, prices, seating arrangements, staging and audience capacity and otherwise vary the Festival Site without prior notification and deny admission to the Festival (including admission to a particular performance at the Festival Site) with reasonable cause.
    There will be no refund of any unused portion of a Festival Ticket if you or your invitees are required to leave for any of the reasons set out in the Festival T+Cs, or if you decide not to attend.
    You are responsible for checking the age minimum for the Festival. No refunds will be processed if you are denied entry due to not having valid identification for admittance to the Festival Site.
    Ticket Refunds: no refunds on tickets except where required by law or in accordance with Live Performance Australia’s Code of Practice for Ticketing of Live Entertainment Events in Australia or the Australian Consumer Law (or any other applicable laws).
    Cancellation: if the Festival is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
    Rescheduled or Significantly Relocated: if the Festival is rescheduled or significantly relocated for any reason whatsoever, your ticket will be valid (or if applicable, your ticket will be reissued) for the rescheduled or relocated Festival unless otherwise advised by the Promoter or the Authorised Ticketing Agent. You are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price if you cannot attend the rescheduled or relocated Festival, provided that you apply for a refund within the period of time advertised or notified by the Promoter and/or the relevant Authorised Ticketing Agent.
    Reduced Capacity or Varied Configuration of the Festival due to Intervening Circumstances:  if there are Intervening Circumstances which require the Festival capacity to be reduced or the configuration to be varied then that process will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. If your transaction is identified for cancellation (i.e. due to Festival Site capacity restrictions) then you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.  
    Intervening Circumstances means an incident that is beyond the Promoter’s control which occurs after the time a Ticket is sold, such as an act of God, state of emergency (e.g. bushfire or flood), public health emergency (e.g. pandemics including COVID-19 related), travel warnings (e.g. travel restrictions or Government advice to not travel) and Government or Health Authority directives (e.g. forced venue closures or mass gathering restrictions).
    Where you are entitled to a refund, you will be refunded the ticket face value only (unless required by Australian Consumer Law, the Handling Fees, Mail Fee and Payment Administration Fees will not be refundable).
  1. Replacement of Ticket: replacements on any ticket will only be given as set out in these Festival T+Cs, or as reasonably determined by Promoter in order to comply with the Applicable Codes and Laws. Promoter and/or Authorised Ticketing Agent will not replace lost, stolen or destroyed tickets unless proof of purchase is presented. Authorised Ticketing Agent may charge a fee for the replacement of tickets.
  2. Lost Wristbands: your Festival Wristband must be worn at all times at the Festival Site and failure to do so may result in eviction from the Festival Site. Any Wristbands that are removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid. Damaged or defaced Wristbands will not be accepted. Replacement is not available for lost, destroyed or stolen Full Festival or Single Day Festival Wristbands unless proof of purchase is presented. Promoter may charge a Wristband Replacement Fee of $100.00 (GST inclusive) plus fees and charges per Wristband for any Wristbands lost or tampered with (at the Promoter’s discretion).
  3. Search on Entry: it is a condition of entry to the Festival Site that a search of you and/or your possessions be required at the time of entry to the Festival Site.  If you do not consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the Festival Site without refund.  Festival Prohibited items include but are not limited to the list of items at the end of these Festival T+Cs and any Festival Prohibited Items must be surrendered to permit entry to the Festival Site.  Surrendered items will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed.
  4. Alcohol: the Festival is fully licensed. BYO alcohol is not permitted into the Festival Site. Any alcohol must be surrendered and will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed and the offending patron may be ejected from the Festival Site for the remainder of the Festival.  Only alcohol purchased from bars at the Festival may be consumed at the Festival Site.  If you wish to consume alcohol, you must have valid proof of age photo ID.  You must be of legal age (18 years) to purchase and consume alcohol on the Festival Site.  If you are found supplying or buying alcohol for a Minor you will be evicted from the Festival and may be referred to police.
  5. Food and Drink: no food or drink (including sealed plastic water bottles) can be brought into the Festival Site. Only unsealed EMPTY plastic or metal water bottles (no glass) can be brought into the Festival Site (for use at the free water stations).
  6. Behaviour: please respect the Festival Site and your fellow festival-goers. Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in your eviction from the Festival Site. You will be evicted from the Festival Site if you behave in a threatening or inappropriate manner (aggressive, riotous, abusive, lewd or insulting actions) towards other patrons or Festival personnel. Promoter asks all patrons to be culturally sensitive when choosing their fashion attire.
  7. CCTV: CCTV cameras are operational at various points across the Festival Site and they may capture and record your image. Any personal information collected through the CCTV will comply with Australian Privacy Principles. Your personal information will be kept secure and will be destroyed or de-identified when it is no longer needed.
  8. Smoking and Vaping Policy: there will be designated smoking and vaping only areas in the Festival Site and they will be subject to applicable Queensland Health laws in place at the time of the Festival. No smoking or vaping is permitted in any space outside of these designated areas or any indoor area of the Festival Site.
  9. Recording and Photography
    Photographing and/or Recording of the Festival by You:
    personal digital cameras are permitted in the Festival Site. SLR cameras are permitted but professional photography equipment (e.g. telephoto lenses; any lens over 5cm; any detachable lens) is not permitted without Promoter-issued media accreditation. Festival personnel will determine in their discretion whether equipment is considered to be professional photography equipment. Photos of artists and/or the Festival are permitted only on the basis that:
    1.              images are only used for private and personal use; and
    2.              images cannot be made available for sale and/or public display.
    Recording or filming the Festival is strictly prohibited.
    Promoter reserves the right to confiscate and/or delete any footage, recordings and/or photos created by unauthorised or prohibited recording, filming or photography.
    Recording and Photography of the Festival by Promoter: you consent to be included in official photography, film and sound recordings of the Festival and for these recordings and photos to be used by Promoter and/or any of its authorised representatives and contractors in any medium or context without further authorisation by or compensation to you.
  1. No Animals:  animals are not permitted at the Festival Site. Assistance animals (such as guide, hearing and assistance dogs) that have been trained to assist a person with a disability, to alleviate effects of that disability; and have been trained and certified or accredited and registered are permitted.  Note that Festival personnel reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog that is declared a dangerous dog or a restricted breed, has an infectious diseases or poses a threat to public health or the health of other animals.
  2. Drugs:  if you are found supplying, consuming or in possession of illicit drugs you will be removed from the Festival Site and may be referred to police.
  3. Medication: all medication (prescription or over the counter) must be declared on entry and may need approval by a Festival medic. Medication is allowed to be brought into the Festival Site, under the following conditions:
    (a) Medication must be in its original packaging and untampered.
    (b) Medication must be placed in a clear, resealable bag.
    (c) Medication must have proof of script.
    (d) It must only be the dosage for that day (for the Festival Site).
    All medication will undergo normal security processes upon entry to the Festival Site.
  1. Medical Records: by using any medical facilities at the Festival Site, you consent to the Promoter having access to your medical records.
  2. Weather: please come prepared for all weather; the Festival will proceed irrespective of weather conditions. No refunds will be made should you decide not to attend the Festival due to inclement weather.  This is an outdoor festival and the grounds can be affected by inclement weather. This means the grass area, paths and roads can become very muddy. Promoter recommends you consider this in planning for the Festival and recommends you wear appropriate, sturdy footwear (closed toe footwear is recommended) and clothing for all weather conditions.
  3. Risk: entry to the Festival Site is at your own risk.  Without limiting the generality of this you must:
    (a) wear appropriate, sturdy footwear (closed toe footwear is recommended) and clothing at all times at the Festival Site;
    (b) not mosh, crowd surf, circle pit, wall of death, slingshot, stage dive or engage in similar anti-social crowd behaviour;
    (c) wear ear plugs if necessary; and
    (d) determine whether your health or the health of other attendees may be adversely impacted by your attendance at the Festival.
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promoter takes no responsibility for any hearing damage or loss caused by excessive noise or injury caused by your failure to follow Promoter’s directives.
    In the event of injury or illness Promoter may in its discretion, at your cost, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed necessary for your safety or the safety of other patrons at the Festival Site.
    There remains an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and/or other communicable diseases and illnesses in any public place or place where people are present. There is no guarantee, express or implied, that any person attending the Festival will not be exposed to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases or illnesses. By attending the Festival, you voluntarily assume any and all risks related to any exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases or illnesses that may be present including bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness that may result in your injury/death.
    Promoter will continue to assess the outbreak and transmission of communicable diseases, including any stipulations from Government, Health Authorities, artists and venues in determining necessary safety measures for the Festival. By purchasing tickets to the Festival, you agree to follow any Festival policies in place at the time of the Festival. These requirements may include, but are not limited to, proof of vaccination, QR code check-in, social distancing, mask wearing, changes to capacity, and/or other measures. Your breach of any of the Festival policies may lead to you being refused entry and/or ejected from the Festival.
  1. Your Personal Information: pursuant to your booking, Promoter may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, credit card or payment details, phone number and the names of all ticket allocations. Unless you tell us otherwise, Promoter may disclose your contact details to third parties if you elect to receive such information at time of ticket purchase so they can provide you with promotional material about other events and products. Promoter may also need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act. If you have any questions about how Promoter will handle your personal information please refer to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  2. Promoter’s Rights: Promoter reserves the right to amend or vary the advertised Festival Site configuration and capacity (without prior notification) and deny admission to the Festival Site with reasonable cause. Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons.  
  3. Promoter’s Liability:  the services provided by Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill to the extent required by the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth) 2010 and applicable similar state legislation. Apart from such statutory liability, Promoter and the owner and/or lessee of the Festival Site will not be liable or responsible for any injury, damage or loss suffered or incurred by you or any person entering or when you enter or are on the Festival Site whether caused by the negligence of Promoter or that of the owner and/or lessee of the Festival Site (or their respective employees or agents), whether arising in tort, contract, bailment or otherwise – all such injury loss or damage to person or property is at your own risk.  
  4. Indemnity: you agree to indemnify Promoter and owner and/or lessee of the Festival Site against any loss or damage Promoter and/or Festival Site owner and/or lessee may suffer arising out of your negligence or breach of the Festival T+Cs (as applicable).
  5. Release: to the full extent permitted by law, you waive all legal rights of action against and fully release Promoter and owner or lessee of the Festival Site (and their respective executive members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors or agents) from any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, death, economic loss or consequential loss for any default, failure or negligence (to the extent permitted by law) in relation to entry to and presence on the Festival Site.
  6. Enforceability:  any provision of the Festival T+Cs which is or becomes unenforceable shall not invalidate the other provisions of the Festival T+Cs (as applicable).
  7. Variation to Terms and Conditions: the Promoter may vary these Festival T+Cs at any time without notice to you. Any variations become effective immediately once the variation has been published on the Promoter’s website. Any variations will not operate retrospectively.

 

CMC Rocks QLD 2026 - Festival Prohibited Items

Any persons found to be in possession of Festival Prohibited Items must surrender those Festival Prohibited Items to be permitted entry to the Festival Site. Surrendered items will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed. Any persons found to be in possession of illegal substances or participating in illegal activities will be removed from the Festival Site and may be referred to the police.

Festival Prohibited Items include but are not limited to:

  • Alcohol.
  • Animals (excluding service or assistance animals such as guide dogs).
  • Balloons, frisbees, projectiles, sticks, poles, bats, clubs, etc.
  • Beanbags, blow-up chairs or lounges or couches.
  • Chairs that do not comply with the Festival Chair Guidelines 
  • Clothing, jewellery or accessory displaying the name of any motorcycle-related or similar organisations or any “declared criminal organisation” within the meaning of the Criminal Code (Criminal Organisations) Regulation 2013.
  • Clothing, costume or personal effects that may be considered culturally inappropriate and/or impede the view of those around or behind you.
  • Crates (bread or milk crates).
  • Confetti or shredded paper.
  • Drones or any other remote control devices.
  • Eskies, Drink coolers or ice-boxes which are large and bulky.
  • Fires and open flames.
  • Flammable liquids.
  • Flares, fireworks, sparklers, explosives or any fire twirling equipment.
  • Food and beverages (except as permitted under the Festival T+Cs).
  • Glass (jars, bottles, containers, mirrors and perfumes).
  • Hydration packs and reservoirs (e.g. Camelbaks) and sealable pouches (yoghurt, baby food pouches) * exceptions for families with children under 14 years of age.
  • High Visibility Vests.
  • Illegal or illicit substances.
  • Kites or sky lanterns.
  • Nitrous oxide bulbs and canisters.
  • Noise-making devices such as air horns, horns, bells, bullhorns, thunder sticks, whistles or musical instruments.
  • Lasers, laser pointers or pens.
  • Masks (with the exception of medical masks or religious face coverings).
  • Political signage.
  • Pools (e.g. inflatable pools, plunge pools, spa pools, etc).
  • Professional photography equipment (e.g. telephoto lenses; any lens over 5cm; any detachable lens; stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment or anything deemed by Festival personnel to be professional photography equipment).
  • Recording devices including audio or video (eg GoPro and similar).
  • Sharpies, markers, paint cans or paint pens.
  • Signage (e.g. trading signs or political signage or anything deemed offensive in the opinion of Festival personnel).
  • Skateboards, scooters, wagons, carts, rollerblades, roller skates, bicycles, electric bikes, electric scooters, quad-bikes, segways, hoverboards, self-balancing scooters or any personal motorised transportation.
  • Sound systems.
  • Studded items (e.g. belts, wristbands, etc).
  • Tables, tents or sun shelters.
  • Toy guns, water guns or slingshots.
  • Two-way walkie talkies or radios.
  • Umbrellas.
  • Unauthorised solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, or other promotional items.
  • Weapons of any kind including tasers, mace sprays or explosives of any kind (including potential missiles / projectiles).
  • Whips, ropes, lassos.
  • Any other item deemed by Festival personnel (in their discretion) to be, or potentially be, a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests, dangerous or offensive.

                            and includes any adjacent or nearby areas nominated by Promoter as Campground

You and Your:     Any person holding a valid ticket for a Camp Site, Campground Entry, Overflow Parking whether or not the ticket                             was purchased by the person holding the ticket or through a third party.

You must agree to these Camping T+Cs to purchase Tickets.
AXS may, without notice, invalidate any Tickets that are believed to be in breach of the Camping T+Cs and no refund, replacement or compensation will be offered.

CMC Rocks QLD 2026 – Camping Terms and Conditions

  1. Terms and Conditions are Binding: Camping Tickets (including Camp Site and Campground Entry) are sold or given and admission to the Campground is granted on the express condition that you are bound by these Camping Terms and Conditions and any other rules and regulations issued by the Promoter (Camping T+Cs).  By purchasing a Camping Ticket you agree to be bound to the Camping T+Cs.
  2. Directions of Festival Personnel: you must follow the reasonable directions of Festival personnel as required and comply with the law at all times during the Festival.
  3. Authorised Ticketing Agent:  Camping Tickets are available through the Authorised Ticketing Agent.  The Authorised Ticketing Agent for CMC Rocks QLD 2025 is: AXS Australia Group Pty Ltd (AXS) https://www.axs.com/au
  4. Ticket Delivery Methods. you will need to download the AXS Mobile App (iOS or Android) to receive Camping Tickets directly to your AXS Mobile ID.
  5. CAMPING TICKETS
    Ticket Purchase:
    it is a condition of purchase that you must also have purchased and hold a valid Full Festival Ticket. Promoter reserves the right to cancel any or all of your Camping Tickets if you have not purchased ordo not hold a valid Full Festival ticket.
    Your Camp Site and/or associated Campground Entry Ticket will allow you to camp for up to five (5) nights and five (5) days:
    From 9:00am (AEST) Wednesday 18 March 2026
    Until 12:00midday (AEST) Monday 23 March 2026
    Campground Access:  unless we publish an earlier Campground access time, no pedestrian or vehicle entry to the Campground is permitted before 9:00am (AEST) on Wednesday 18 March 2026.

    Ticket Purchase Limits: Promoter reserves the right to enforce published ticket purchase limits and cancel any tickets obtained above said limits in any one transaction. If you exceed the stated ticket limit, you may have all or any of your order and tickets cancelled without notice by Promoter in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, ticketing account, email address, IP address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
    Credit Card Transaction Details: the name AXS Australia Group will appear on your credit card statement next to your ticket purchase transaction if you selected to pay in full. If you pay using PayPal or the PayPal Pay in 4 payment plan, PAYPAL will appear on your credit card statement next to your ticket purchase transaction.

  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy: the Festival is an all-weather event. The Campground will open rain or shine.  Promoter reserves the right to change and otherwise vary the Campground without prior notification and deny admission to the Campground with reasonable cause.
    There will be no refund of any unused portion of a Camping Ticket if you or your invitees are required to leave for any of the reasons set out in the Campground T+Cs, or if you decide not to attend.
    No refunds will be processed if you are denied entry due to not having valid identification for admittance to the Campground.
    Ticket Refunds: no refunds on tickets except where required by law or in accordance with Live Performance Australia’s Code of Practice for Ticketing of Live Entertainment Events in Australia or the Australian Consumer Law (or any other applicable laws).
    Cancellation: if the Campground operation is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
    Rescheduled or Significantly Relocated: if the Festival is rescheduled or the Festival and/or Campground is significantly relocated for any reason whatsoever, your ticket will be valid (or if applicable, your ticket will be reissued) for the rescheduled or relocated Festival and/or Campground unless otherwise advised by the Promoter or the Authorised Ticketing Agent. You are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price if you cannot attend the rescheduled or relocated Festival and/or Campground, provided that you apply for a refund within the period of time advertised or notified by the Promoter and/or the relevant Authorised Ticketing Agent.
    Reduced Capacity or Varied Configuration of the Campground due to Intervening Circumstances:  if there are Intervening Circumstances which require the Campground capacity to be reduced or the configuration to be varied then that process will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. If your transaction is identified for cancellation (ie due to Campground capacity restrictions) then you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.  
    Intervening Circumstances means an incident that is beyond the Promoter’s control which occurs after the time a Ticket is sold, such as an act of God, state of emergency (e.g. bushfire or flood), public health emergency (e.g. pandemics including COVID-19 related), travel warnings (eg travel restrictions or Government advice to not travel) and Government or Health Authority directives (eg forced venue closures or mass gathering restrictions).
    Where you are entitled to a refund, you will be refunded the ticket face value only (unless required by Australian Consumer Law, the Handling Fees, Mail Fee and Payment Administration Fees will not be refundable).
  1. Replacement of Ticket: replacements on any ticket will only be given as set out in these Campground T+Cs, or as reasonably determined by Promoter in order to comply with the Applicable Codes and Laws. Promoter and/or Authorised Ticketing Agent will not replace lost, stolen or destroyed tickets unless proof of purchase is presented. Authorised Ticketing Agent may charge a fee for the replacement of tickets.
  2. Lost Wristbands: replacement is not available for lost, destroyed or stolen Festival & Camping Wristbands unless proof of purchase is presented.
  3. Campground Entry:  entry to the selected Campground will be granted on presentation of two things:
    1. Your Camp Site Ticket or Overflow Parking Ticket (to allow vehicle access).
    2. Your Full Festival Ticket AND your Campground Entry Ticket via the AXS Mobile ID Account.
    Each person must have one Full Festival Ticket issued in their name and one Campground Entry Ticket issued in their name.
    Your Full Festival Ticket and Campground Entry Ticket will be exchanged for 1 x Festival & Camping Wristband after entry at the designated Wristbanding Station in the Campground.  If you only have a Festival Wristband you will not be permitted to enter the Campground for any reason whatsoever.
    Your Festival & Camping Wristband must be worn at all times at the Campground – failure to do so may result in eviction from the Campground. Any Wristbands that are removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Damaged or defaced Wristbands will not be accepted.
  1. Maximum Number of People on a Camp Site: you cannot have more than the maximum number of occupants per Camp Site however you are permitted to have less than the maximum number.
  2. Selection of Camp Site: all Camp Sites in the Campground will be allocated by Camp Marshalls on a first come, first served basis with the exception of The Inn and The Glampstead where Camp Sites are purchased as reserved.  If you wish to camp with friends, you must arrive together and have purchased the same size Camp Site (i.e. Small, Medium or Large) in the same Campground as Camp Site sizes are in separate areas.
  3. Vehicle Movement: vehicles brought into the Campground (including the Overflow Car Park) are not permitted to leave the Campground (or the Overflow Car Park) under any circumstances until the Approved Departure Time. All vehicles brought onto the Campground (or the Overflow Car Park) must remain parked at the designated Camp Site or Overflow Car Park spot until the Approved Departure Time.  Vehicles are not permitted to be driven around the Campground for any reason (this includes ferrying passengers between entry gates and the designated Camp Site or the Overflow Car Park).
    Approved Departure Time means the following (which remain subject to change by Promoter in Promoter's discretion with any changes published on the CMC website):
    From 10:30 pm (AEST) Sunday 22 March 2026 Until 01:00 am (AEST) Monday 23 March 2026
    From 06:00 am (AEST) Monday 23 March 2026 Until 12:00 midday (AEST) Monday 23 March 2026
    Note that departure between the below times will be restricted and staggered by Festival Traffic Marshalls with support from Festival Security and Police:
    From 10:30 pm – 11:30 pm (AEST) on Sunday 22 March 2026
    From 06:00 am – 09:00 am (AEST) on Monday 23 March 2026
    Breach of this condition may result in your eviction from the Campground. If you are evicted for breach of this condition you will not be entitled to any refund for your Festival Ticket or Camping Ticket.  
  1. Vehicle Speed Limits: you must obey any speed limits signposted within the Campgrounds and the Overflow Car Park. Breach of this condition may result in your eviction from the Campground.
  2. Use of Power (if applicable): each Camp Site with power is strictly allocated one (1) only 10amp or 15amp outlet (with a max 15amp power capacity) per Camp Site. You are responsible if you overload the circuit or have faulty appliances tripping the RCD, and your power outlet maybe isolated by the Promoter’s electrician and deemed unsafe.  Any extension cord joins, or power board external use must be contained in an approved weather-resistant cover/safetybox/joiner. In most Campgrounds (if you have purchased a powered Camp Site), a power outlet will be within 25 metres of your Camp Site. You are required to supply your own 25 metre extension cord and it must be inspected as safe to use and tested and tagged as per Electrical Testing Standard AS3760.  It is your responsibility to ensure that all electrical items brought into the Campgrounds are safe, compliant to Australian standards and not susceptible to inclement weather. You acknowledge that Promoter is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by your failure to comply with these requirements and you remain solely liable for any such damage or injury.
  3. Leaving the Campground: on departure from the Campground please make sure all your belongings, camping equipment, rubbish and vehicles are removed.  Promoter will not be responsible for any belongings left on the Campground and anything left behind will be discarded.
  4. Accessible Campground: accessible Camp Sites are purchased as regular Camp Sites.  You must complete an Accessible and Companion Card Form via CMC Rocks QLD website form, coming soon. On arrival at the Campground you will be directed to a specific area (close to accessible showers and toilets).  You will be required to bring your original Mobility Parking Scheme permit issued by a regulatory authority (or equivalent proof of impaired mobility) to be allocated an accessible Camp Site.
  5. Search on Entry:  it is a condition of entry to the Campground that a search of you and/or your possessions and/or vehicles be required at the time of entry to the Campground.  If you do not consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the Campground without refund.  Campground Prohibited Items include but are not limited to the list of items at the end of these Camping T+Cs and any Campground Prohibited Items must be surrendered to permit entry to the Campground.  Surrendered items will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed.  
  6. Alcohol: you are not permitted to bring your own alcohol into the Campgrounds. Your person, possessions and/or vehicle may be searched and any alcohol found must be surrendered. Surrendered alcohol will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed and may result in your eviction from the Campground.
  7. Noise: no noise is permitted in the Campground after 12:00midnight (AEST).
  8. Behaviour and Security: please respect the Campground and your fellow campers. Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in your eviction from the Campground. You will be evicted from the Campground if you behave in a threatening or inappropriate manner (aggressive, riotous, abusive, lewd or insulting actions) towards other patrons, Camping Marshalls or Festival personnel.  
  9. CCTV: there will be 24 hour security and CCTV at the Campground to ensure the safety and amenity of all campers. You are responsible for the safety and security of your belongings and Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of your possessions at the Campground.  CCTV cameras are operational at various points across the Campground and they may capture and record your image. Any personal information collected through the CCTV will comply with Australian Privacy Principles. Your personal information will be kept secure and will be destroyed or de-identified when it is no longer needed.
  10. Smoking and Vaping Policy: there will be designated smoking and vaping only areas in the Campground and they will be subject to applicable Queensland Health laws in place at the time of the Festival. No smoking or vaping is permitted in any space outside of these designated areas or any indoor area of the Campground.
  11. Recording and Photography
    Photographing and/or Recording of the Campground by You: personal digital cameras are permitted in the Campground. SLR cameras are permitted but professional photography equipment (eg telephoto lenses; any lens over 5cm; any detachable lens) is not permitted without Promoter-issued media accreditation. Festival personnel will determine in their discretion whether equipment is considered to be professional photography equipment. Photos of artists and/or the Campground are permitted only on the basis that:
    1. images are only used for private and personal use; and
    2. images cannot be made available for sale and/or public display.
    Recording or filming the Campground is strictly prohibited.  Promoter reserves the right to confiscate and/or delete any footage, recordings and/or photos created by unauthorised or prohibited recording, filming or photography.
    Recording and Photography of the Campground by Promoter: you consent to be included in official photography, film and sound recordings of the Campground and for these recordings and photos to be used by Promoter and/or any of its authorised representatives and contractors in any medium or context without further authorisation by or compensation to you.
  12. No Animals: animals are not permitted at the Campground.  Assistance animals (such as guide, hearing and assistance dogs) that have been trained to assist a person with a disability, to alleviate effects of that disability; and have been trained and certified or accredited and registered are permitted.  Note that Campground Marshalls and Festival personnel reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog that is declared a dangerous dog or a restricted breed, has an infectious diseases or poses a threat to public health or the health of other animals.
  13. No Trading: you are not permitted to trade or offer any goods or services for sale within the Campground unless you have the prior written consent of Promoter.
  14. Drugs: if you are found supplying, consuming or in possession of illicit drugs you will be removed from the Campground and may be referred to police.
  15. Medication: all medication (prescription or over the counter) must be declared on entry and may need approval by a Festival medic. Medication is allowed to be brought into the Campground, under the following conditions:
    • Medication must be in its original packaging and untampered.
    • Medication must be placed in a clear, resealable bag.
    • Medication must have proof of script.
    • It must only be the dosage for the duration of your stay at the Campground.
    All medication will undergo normal security processes upon entry to the Campground.
  16. Medical Records: by using any medical facilities at the Campground, you consent to the Promoter having access to your medical records.  
  17. Weather: please come prepared for all weather; camping will proceed irrespective of weather conditions. No refunds will be made should you decide not to attend the Campground due to inclement weather. This is an outdoor camping festival and the Campground can be affected by inclement weather. This means the grass area, paths and roads can become very muddy. Promoter recommends you consider this in planning for the Campground and recommends you wear appropriate, sturdy footwear (closed toe is recommended) and clothing for all weather conditions and your camping equipment is suitable for all weather conditions.
  18. Risk: entry to the Campground is at your own risk.  Without limiting the generality of this you must:
    (a) wear appropriate, sturdy footwear (closed toe footwear is recommended) and clothing at all times at the Campground;
    (b) not engage in anti-social crowd behaviour;
    (c) determine whether your health or the health of other attendees may be adversely impacted by your attendance at the Campground.
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promoter takes no responsibility for any hearing damage or loss caused by injury caused by your failure to follow Promoter’s directives.
    In the event of injury or illness Promoter may in its discretion, at your cost, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed necessary for your safety or the safety of other patrons at the Campground.
    There remains an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and/or other communicable diseases and illnesses in any public place or place where people are present. There is no guarantee, express or implied, that any person attending the Campground will not be exposed to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases or illnesses. By attending the Campground, you voluntarily assume any and all risks related to any exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases or illnesses that maybe present including bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness that may result in your injury/death.
    Promoter will continue to assess the outbreak and transmission of communicable diseases, including any stipulations from Government, Health Authorities, artists and venues in determining necessary safety measures for the Campground. By purchasing tickets to the Campground, you agree to follow any Campground policies in place at the time of the Festival. These requirements may include, but are not limited to, proof of vaccination, QR code check-in, social distancing, mask wearing, changes to capacity, and/or other measures. Your breach of any of the Campground policies may lead to you being refused entry and/or ejected from the Campground.
  19. Your Personal Information: pursuant to your booking, Promoter may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, credit card or payment details, phone number and the names of all ticket allocations. Unless you tell us otherwise, Promoter may disclose your contact details to third parties if you elect to receive such information at time of ticket purchase so they can provide you with promotional material about other events and products. Promoter may also need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act. If you have any questions about how Promoter will handle your personal information refer to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  20. Promoter’s Rights: Promoter reserves the right to amend or vary the Campground configuration and capacity (without prior notification) and deny admission to the Campground with reasonable cause. Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons.  
  21. Promoter’s Liability:  the services provided by Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill to the extent required by the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth) 2010 and applicable similar state legislation. Apart from such statutory liability, Promoter and the owner and/or lessee of the Campground will not be liable or responsible for any injury, damage or loss suffered or incurred by you or any person entering or when you enter or are on the Campground whether caused by the negligence of Promoter or that of the owner and/or lessee of the Campground (or their respective employees or agents), whether arising in tort, contract, bailment or otherwise – all such injury loss or damage to person or property is at your own risk.  
  22. Indemnity: you agree to indemnify Promoter and owner and/or lessee of the Campground (as applicable) against any loss or damage Promoter and/or Campground owner and/or lessee may suffer arising out of your negligence or breach of the Camping T+Cs (as applicable).
  23. Release: to the full extent permitted by law, you waive all legal rights of action against and fully release Promoter and owner or lessee of the Campground (and their respective executive members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors or agents) from any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, death, economic loss or consequential loss for any default, failure or negligence (to the extent permitted by law) in relation to entry to and presence on the Campground.
  24. Enforceability: any provision of the Camping T+Cs which is or becomes unenforceable shall not invalidate the other provisions of the Camping T+Cs (as applicable).
  25. Variation to Terms and Conditions: the Promoter may vary these Camping T+Cs at any time without notice to you. Any variations become effective immediately once the variation has been published on the Promoter’s website. Any variations will not operate retrospectively.

CMC Rocks QLD 2026 - Campground Prohibited Items

Any persons found to be in possession of Campground Prohibited Items must surrender those Campground Prohibited Items to be permitted entry to the Campground. Surrendered items will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed. Any persons found to be in possession of illegal substances or participating in illegal activities will be removed from the Campground and may be referred to the police.

Campground Prohibited Items include but are not limited to:

  • Alcohol
  • Animals (excluding service or assistance animals such as guide dogs).
  • Balloons, frisbees, projectiles, sticks, poles, bats, clubs, etc.
  • Beanbags, blow-up chairs or lounges or couches.
  • Clothing, jewellery or accessory displaying the name of any motorcycle-related or similar organisations or any “declared criminal organisation” within the meaning of the Criminal Code (Criminal Organisations) Regulation 2013.
  • Clothing, costume or personal effects that may be considered culturally inappropriate.
  • Confetti or shredded paper.
  • Drones or any other remote control devices.
  • Fires and open flames.
  • Fuel in excess of 20 litres per vehicle on a campsite (notincluding overflow vehicles). Empty jerry cans are permitted.
  • Flares, fireworks, sparklers, explosives or any fire twirling equipment.
  • Glass (jars, bottles, containers, perfumes) – see Mirrors below.
  • High Visibility Vests.
  • Illegal or illicit substances.
  • Kites or sky lanterns.
  • Nitrous oxide bulbs and canisters.
  • Noise-making devices such as air horns, horns, bells, bullhorns, thunder sticks, whistles or musical instruments.
  • Lasers, laser pointers or pens.
  • Masks (with the exception of medical masks or religious facecoverings).
  • Mirrors - small unframed mirrors (excluding small compact framed mirrors intended for personal grooming).
  • Mirrors - large unframed mirrors (excluding mirrors which are safely and securely affixed inside a caravan or mobile home).
  • Political signage.
  • Pools (inflatable pools, plunge pools, spa pools, etc.).
  • Professional photography equipment (e.g. telephoto lenses; any lens over 5cm; any detachable lens; stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment or anything deemed by Festival personnel to be professional photography equipment).
  • Recording devices including audio or video (GoPro and similar).
  • Sharpies, markers, paint cans or paint pens.
  • Signage (e.g. trading signs or political signage or anything deemed offensive in the opinion of Festival personnel).
  • Skateboards, scooters, wagons, carts, rollerblades, roller skates, bicycles, electric bikes, electric scooters, quad-bikes, segways, hoverboards, self-balancing scooters or any personal motorised transportation.
  • Studded items (eg belts, wristbands, etc).
  • Toy guns, water guns or slingshots.
  • Unauthorised solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, or other promotional items.
  • Weapons of any kind including tasers, mace sprays or explosives of any kind (including potential missiles / projectiles).
  • Whips.
  • Any other item deemed by Festival personnel (in their discretion) to be, or potentially be, a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests, dangerous or offensive.

Market Stalls T&Cs

MARKET STALL LOCATION

Market Stalls at Willowbank Raceway are located within one specific Market Stall Area. Exact locations will be determined at the discretion of CMC. Based on the Market Stall type, allowances may be made for a Market Stall to be in another area of the Festival Site if CMC deem it (in its discretion) to be more suitable.

INFRASTRUCTURE

CMC Rocks will provide Two (2) x marquees (3m x 3 m). It is at CMC's discretion if only one or both marquees are used as front of house spaces. In the event both marquees are used as front of house spaces, it is the responsibility of the Market Stallholder to get CMC's written permission to bring their own 3m x 3m back of house storage solution. Permission will be subject to available space and the Market Stallholder complying with all installation and WHS requirements.  

VISUAL APPEARANCE

CMC will create One (1) x Banner Sign for the Market Stall. Each Market Stall must be tastefully decorated in a way that not only reflects the product, but also complements the Festival. There is no room for billboards in the Market Stall Area. Market Stalls must be always clean and presentable.

MARKET STALL BOUNDARIES

Boundaries of each allocated Market Stall site must be observed, and all goods, equipment and supplies must be displayed and housed within this area.  Market Stalls are not permitted to encroach onto walkways with products or billboards. No spruiking or promoting outside the Market Stall is permitted.

SAFETY

Whilst on the Festival Site, you are required to comply with all Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Festival Site rules. Anything at or around your Market Stall must be securely anchored. All fabric decoration must be flame retardant. Each Market Stall must have a working fire extinguisher and fire blanket.

ELECTRICITY

The Festival Site operates on mains power. To enable CMC to assess energy usage, you are required to include a list of equipment and AMP usage. Energy consumption is to be kept to an absolute minimum.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

You are required to provide your own leads and power-boards fitted with circuit breakers. All your electrical equipment must be:

  • water resistant.
  • maintained aboveground.
  • in safe working order.
  • tested and tagged by a registered electrician.

There are no exceptions to this requirement.
Any damage caused by electrical over-consumption and/or overload and/or misuse will attract penalties.
If you do not bring your own electrical equipment, there may be an opportunity to rent leads or power-boards from us on a per day hire charge, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

GOODS SOLD

General

Only products and services that are listed on your Market Stall Application are permitted to be sold at the Festival. Market Stalls will not be permitted to stock any products that may be considered a competitor to Festival sponsors. There is a strict requirement that no glass is allowed on the Festival Site so all products must be in non-breakable containers, bottles, etc.  There are no exceptions to this requirement. Certain suppliers may have exclusive rights and restrictions may apply to the goods or services available at each Market Stall. CMC's decision in this regard is final.

Restrictions

CMC reserves the right to prohibit offensive or culturally inappropriate goods from being sold or displayed at the Festival and may at our discretion remove any such goods from a Market Stall if we consider such goods may offend, cause trouble with authorities or infringe the rights of any third party. CMC has absolute discretion and control over any signage, materials, goods and products sold and/or displayed at the Festival. The unauthorised use of the CMC Rocks QLD name and logo is strictly prohibited on any item. The sale of tobacco, cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vapes and all associated items is prohibited.

SITE RESTRICTIONS

Rules for the Festival Site will be provided in your Market Stallholder Pack (issued in February 2026) however please note the following:

  • No vehicles are permitted to access or remain in the Festival Site during Festival operating hours.
  • No overnight stay in Market Stall structures is permitted.
  • All Stallholders and their workers must complete the CMC Rocks Online Site Induction (issued in February 2026).
  • Bump in and bump out must take place within the Festival-specified days and times.
  • Deliveries must take place within the Festival-specified days and times.
  • Festival site vehicle speed limit must be observed and adhered to at all times.
  • No amplified music may be played during Festival Operating Times.
  • No pets or livestock are permitted on site at any time (Guide Dogs excluded).

FESTIVAL ACCESS

Market Stallholders will be provided with entry wristbands in the Market Stallholder Pack (issued in February 2026).
On arrival at the Festival Site, Market Stallholders are provided four (4) Workers Wristbands.
Additional Workers Wristbands may be available at $100 + GST per Wristband.
No Market Stall is permitted more than five (5) Workers Wristbands in total.
All personnel must obtain their Workers Wristband before the start of the Festival.
It is each Market Stallholder’s responsibility to ensure their personnel receive their Workers Wristbands and always wear them during the Festival.
Lost Workers Wristbands will not be replaced and Market Stallholders will be required to purchase lost Workers Wristbands at the full gate price.

GARBAGE

Please help to conserve precious resources, reduce all retail and bulk packing and/or remove it from the Festival Site and dispose of it correctly.
No glass or bottles are to be used or brought onto the Festival Site.
Several rubbish and recycling bins will be on the Festival Site for use by the public as well as Market Stallholders.
Garbage must be sorted and removed to the correct skips. Separated garbage is to be left in correct bins each night for collection.

INSURANCE

Market Stallholders are required to carry a Public Liability Insurance to the value of at least AUD$20million and must have CMC Rocks Pty Limited (ABN 29 614 691 977) endorsed in the policy as an interested party, indicating coverage until after the Load-Out of the Festival.

All Market Stallholders must cover their workers with a current Work Cover Insurance policy if they are an eligible employer. Copies of all relevant Certificates must be included as part of the Market Stall Application process with any updated policies forwarded to CMC no later than 1 March 2026. It is the responsibility of Market Stallholders to have adequate property damage insurance for their own property at the Festival.

REGULATIONS

Market Stalls must ensure a safe work environment as per Queensland Safety regulations and must comply with all Festival OH&S Policy and Procedures.

CMC accepts no liability for any Market Stallholder, or Market Stallholder’s employee or contractor. Market Stallholders are personally responsible and liable for any damage caused by them or their personnel to any person or property on the Festival Site.

Market Stallholders are required to always comply with all legislative requirements, regulations, and industry standard codes of conduct and to the maximum extent permitted by law CMC Rocks Pty Ltd and its associated entities will not be liable for any breaches by Market Stallholders and / or their personnel of any such legislation.

SECURITY

Professional licensed security including night patrols operate 24 hours over the Festival Site (times are varied on Load-In and Load-Out days).  

Market Stallholders may remove stock/equipment each night and it is recommended that Market Stallholders remove all valuables from their Market Stall each night.

Every effort is made to secure the Festival Site, but no responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to any person or goods whether that loss, damage or injury arises from an act or omission of CMC's personnel or contractors.

REPORTING & RIGHT OF ACCESS

Market Stallholders report directly to the Market Stall Coordinator and to Festival Management.

CMC and Council Officers reserve the right to inspect Market Stalls at any time and request presentation of all relevant documentation.

PARKING

There is limited free parking available for Market Stallholders during the Festival. Parking is not directly behind each Market Stall but is in a designated parking area at the Festival Site.  

Confirmation on parking location and number of Vehicles Passes allocated to each Market Stall will be confirmed closer to the Festival.

It is the Market Stallholder’s responsibility to book their own accommodation. Market Stallholders are not permitted to stay overnight in their Market Stall structure.

MARKET STALLHOLDER FEES

Market Stall Fees are 20% of gross revenue collected or credited at the Festival.

The Market Stall Fee covers the market stall infrastructure as described.

All accounting will be reconciled by Ruth O’Dowd from Rusco Event Management each night and an invoice for commission payable will be issued by Wednesday 25 March 2026.

COMMUNICATION

Market Stallholders are required to maintain a reliable email and mobile connection with CMC in the lead up to the Festival. Delayed response to urgent matters may cause cancellation and/or removal as a Market Stallholder.

CANCELLATIONS

If a Market Stallholder wishes to cancel they must provide at least 30 days written notice to CMC via email to: markets@cmcrocks.com

TERMINATION

In the event of a breach of any of the Market Stall Application Terms and Conditions, CMC reserves the right to terminate the Market Stallholder Application immediately and take possession of the Market Stall without notice to the Market Stallholder. CMC reserves the right to cancel or expel any Market Stallholder or Market Stallholders’ personnel at any time.

BUS T&Cs

Terms and Conditions are Binding: Bus Tickets are sold or given and admission to the Bus is granted on the express condition that you are bound by these Bus Terms and Conditions and any other rules and regulations issued by Promoter or the Bus Operator (Bus Service T+Cs). By purchasing a Bus Ticket and/or accessing the Bus service you agree to be bound by the Bus Service T+Cs.

  1. Bus Operator: Promoter has engaged Southern Cross Transit (Qld) Pty Ltd who is authorised by Queensland Transport to operate Southern Cross Transit buses and coaches under authorisation number 900310163 (Bus Operator).
  2. Access: Bus Tickets can only be purchased by patrons holding a valid 2026 Full Festival Ticket OR Single Day Ticket.
  3. Admission: admission to the Bus will only be granted with the presentation of a valid Bus Single Day Return Ticket or Bus Weekend Ticket via your AXS Mobile ID Account.
  4. One Ticket Per Person: Bus Tickets apply to one (1) person only. Bus Tickets do not permit entry to the Festival Site.
  5. Days and Hours of Operation: Bus Operator will endeavour to operate all Bus services as per the advertised schedule: https://www.cmcrocks.com/transport-general. Neither the Promoter nor the Bus Operator will be held liable for any failure to meet the advertised Bus schedule.
  6. Bus Schedule Subject to Change: Bus service times are current at the time of publication however Promoter reserves the right to make changes and update the Bus service schedule at any time. All changes will be published here: https://www.cmcrocks.com/transport-general.
  7. Luggage: Bus Operator’s personnel shall be the sole judge as to whether and to what extent your luggage and effects can be carried on the Bus.
    1. Weight: No one piece of luggage is to exceed 10kgs.
    2. Undercarriage Luggage: 1 Bag per person/child (approx 60cm x 20 cm case or soft bag). Do not attach your sleeping bag or pillow to your case/bag.
    3. Loading Undercarriage Luggage: you are responsible for placing your baggage in the undercarriage of the Bus under the guidance and supervision of Bus Operator’s personnel. Bus Operator’s personnel may, but are not obliged, to assist in loading the luggage.​
    4. Onboard Luggage: only small carry-on bags, sleeping bags and pillows are permitted onboard and must be placed in luggage racks or under your seat. Bus Operator’s personnel will assist if they are able to where necessary.
  8. Food & Drinks: plastic and metal water bottles filled with water only may be taken on board the Bus. No other beverages to be consumed on the Bus. No food or chewing gum to be consumed on the Bus.
  9. Smoking, Alcohol & Illicit Substances: no smoking, vaping, alcohol or illicit substances are to be consumed on the Bus. If you are under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs you may be refused carriage.  If you are deemed by Bus Operator’s personnel as likely to become objectionable or unruly towards other persons inside or outside the Bus or may become sick or abusive may be refused carriage.
  10. Passenger Conduct: you must wear a seatbelt (where fitted) and must be seated when the Bus is moving. You are not permitted to place any part of your body outside the Bus whilst the Bus is moving.
  11. Prohibited Items: refer to the Festival Prohibited Items for a full list of all prohibited items. These items are also prohibited on the Bus.
  12. Lost Property: any lost property found between Wednesday 18 March 2026 and Sunday 22 March 2026 will be returned to the Festival Site and registered in a Lost & Found Register. Lost property can be collected from the Festival’s Lost & Found Service during Festival operating hours. Any lost property found on Monday 23 March 2026 will be returned to the Bus Operator’s office located at 251-253 Mt Crosby Road, Karalee 4306 QLD and registered in a Lost & Found Register and will be available for collection between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Promoter and Bus Operator are not responsible for lost property that is not recovered.
  13. Right of Refusal and Removal: the Bus Operator personnel are responsible for the safety of the Bus.  If your conduct is in breach of statutory regulations you may be removed from the Bus or prevented from boarding on the Bus driver’s authority. The Bus driver is authorised to have an unruly passenger removed, who is threatening or placing the Bus driver or passengers in a dangerous situation. The Bus driver reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger, luggage or goods without giving any reason.
  14. Directions of Festival Personnel: all reasonable directions of Festival personnel and all signage and directions displayed in and around all designated Bus stops at the Festival Site must be followed.
  15. Directions of Bus Driver and/ or Bus Operator Representatives: all reasonable directions of the Bus driver and/or Bus Operator representatives, all signage and directions displayed in and around all designated bus stops must be followed.
  16. Promoter’s Liability: the services provided by Promoter and Bus Operator will be rendered with due care and skill to the extent required by the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth) 2010 and applicable similar state legislation. Apart from such statutory liability, Promoter and Bus Operator will not be liable or responsible for any injury, damage or loss suffered or incurred by you or any person entering or when you enter or are on a Bus whether caused by the negligence of Promoter and/or Bus Operator (or their respective employees or agents), whether arising in tort, contract, bailment or otherwise.
  17. Indemnity: you agree to indemnify Promoter and Bus Operator (as applicable) against any loss or damage Promoter and/or Bus Operator suffer arising out of your negligence or breach of the Bus Service T+Cs.
  18. Release: to the full extent permitted by law, you waive all legal rights of action against and fully release Promoter and Bus Operator (and their respective executive members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors or agents) from any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, death, economic loss or consequential loss for any default, failure or negligence (to the extent permitted by law) in relation to entry to and presence on the Bus.
  19. Risk: you use the Bus at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Promoter and Bus Operator take no responsibility for any personal or property damage, loss or injury. In the event of injury or illness Promoter and/or Bus Operator may in its discretion, at your cost, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed necessary for your safety or the safety of other patrons on the Bus.
  20. Enforceability: any provision of the Bus Service T+Cs which is or becomes unenforceable shall not invalidate the other provisions of the Bus Service T+Cs.
  21. Variation to Terms and Conditions: Promoter may vary these Bus Service T+Cs at any time without notice. Any variations become effective immediately once the variation has been published on Promoter’s website. Any variations will not operate retrospectively.
  22. Dictionary: in these Bus Service T+Cs the following words have the following meanings:
    • Promoter means CMC Rocks Pty Ltd (ABN 29 614 691 977) of 135 Forbes Street, Woolloomooloo, NSW 2011.
    • you and your means all persons accessing the Bus whether or not those persons have purchased the Bus Ticket.
    • Festival Site means the area designated by the Promoter located at Willowbank Raceway,38 Champions Way, Willowbank, QLD 4306

DAY PARKING T&Cs

Terms and Conditions are Binding: Day Car Parking Tickets are sold or given and admission to the Day Car Parking Site is granted on the express condition that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other rules and regulations issued by Promoter (Day Car Parking T+Cs). By purchasing a Day Car Parking Ticket and/or accessing the Day Car Parking Site you agree to be bound by the Day Car Parking T+Cs.

  1. Access: Day Cark Parking Tickets can only be purchased by patrons holding a valid 2026 Full Festival Ticket OR Single Day Ticket for the same Day/s of Entry.
  2. Entry: entry to the Day Car Parking Site will only be granted ONCE per day with the presentation of a valid Day Car Parking Single Day Ticket or Day Car Parking Weekend Ticket via your AXS Mobile ID Account.  You are not permitted to leave the Day Car Park and re-enter on the same day. If you choose the leave the Day Car Park, you forfeit any re-entry right for that same day.
  3. One Ticket Per Car: Day Car Parking Tickets apply to one (1) car in the Day Car Parking Site only. Day Car Parking Tickets do not permit entry to the Festival Site or the Campgrounds.
  4. No Rideshare or Bus Access: Day Car Parking Tickets are applicable for private use cars and motorbikes only.  Day Car Parking Tickets are not valid for taxis, Ubers, minibuses, buses or other rideshare vehicles.
  5. Cars and Motorbikes Only: only cars and motorbikes are permitted to access the Day Car Parking Site. The following are not permitted in the Day Car Parking Site:
    • Cars with trailers or caravans.
    • RVs, camper trailers, campervans or motorhomes.
    • Trucks, minibuses or buses.
    • Any other vehicle deemed by Festival personnel not to be a car or motorbike.
  6. Days and Hours of Operation: the Day Car Parking Site will operate from 8:00am until 11:55pm (or as long as it takes for all vehicles to leave each day) on:
    • Friday 20 March 2026
    • Saturday 21 March 2026
    • Sunday 22 March 2026

         No entry to the Day Car Parking Site will be granted outside of these dates and times.

  1. No overnight Parking or Sleeping in Cars permitted: cars cannot remain in the Day Car Parking Site overnight. Cars parked overnight in the Day Car Parking Site may be towed offsite at the owner’s cost. Promoter reserves the right to enter the car to have it towed and you accept and agree that in such circumstances Promoter shall have no liability for any loss or damage caused as a result of entering and moving the car.
  2. Tailgating is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught tailgating will be refused entry to the Day Car Parking Site.
  3. Speed Limit:  the speed limit within the Day Car Parking Site will be as signposted, or if not signposted, then maximum of 10km per hour.
  4. Directions of Festival Personnel: all reasonable directions of Festival personnel and all signage and directions displayed within the Day Car Parking Site must be followed.
  5. Promoter’s Liability: the services provided by Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill to the extent required by the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth) 2010 and applicable similar state legislation. Apart from such statutory liability, Promoter and the owner and/or lessee of the Day Car Parking Site will not be liable or responsible for any injury, damage or loss suffered or incurred by you or any person entering or when you enter or are on the Day Car Parking Site whether caused by the negligence of Promoter or that of the owner and/or lessee of the Day Car Parking Site (or their respective employees or agents), whether arising in tort, contract, bailment or otherwise.
  6. Indemnity: you agree to indemnify Promoter and owner and/or lessee of the Day Car Parking Site (as applicable) against any loss or damage Promoter and/or Day Car Parking Site and/or lessee may suffer arising out of your negligence or breach of the Day Car Parking T+Cs (as applicable).
  7. Release: to the full extent permitted by law, you waive all legal rights of action against and fully release Promoter and owner or lessee of the Day Car Parking Site (and their respective executive members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors or agents) from any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, death, economic loss or consequential loss for any default, failure or negligence (to the extent permitted by law) in relation to entry to and presence on the Day Car Parking Site.
  8. Risk: entry to the Day Car Parking Site is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Promoter takes no responsibility for any personal or property damage, loss or injury. In the event of injury or illness Promoter may in its discretion, at your cost, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed necessary for your safety or the safety of other patrons at the Day Car Parking Site.
  9. Enforceability: any provision of the Day Car Parking T+Cs which is or becomes unenforceable shall not invalidate the other provisions of the Day Car Parking T+Cs.
  10. Variation to Terms and Conditions: Promoter may vary these Day Car Parking T+Cs at any time without notice. Any variations become effective immediately once the variation has been published on Promoter’s website. Any variations will not operate retrospectively.
  11. Dictionary: in these Day Car Parking T+Cs the following words have the following meanings:
    • Promoter means CMC Rocks Pty Ltd (ABN 29 614 691 977) of 135 Forbes Street, Woolloomooloo, NSW 2011.
    • you and your means all persons accessing the Day Car Parking Site, whether or not those persons have purchased the Day Car Parking Ticket.
    • Day Car Parking Site means all areas designated for daily parking of cars or motorbikes at or around the Willowbank Raceway as determined by Promoter from time to time.

PROHIbited items – Festival

Festival Prohibited Items must be surrendered prior to entry to the Festival Site. Surrendered items will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed. Any persons found to be in possession of illegal substances or participating in illegal activities will be removed from the Festival Site and may be referred to the police.

Festival Prohibited Items include but are not limited to:

  • Alcohol.
  • Animals (excluding service or assistance animals such as guide dogs).
  • Balloons, frisbees, projectiles, sticks, poles, bats, clubs, etc.
  • Beanbags, blow-up chairs or lounges or couches.
  • Chairs that do not comply with the Festival Chair Guidelines.
  • Clothing, jewellery or accessory displaying the name of any motorcycle-related or similar organisations or any “declared criminal organisation” within the meaning of the Criminal Code (Criminal Organisations) Regulation 2013.
  • Clothing, costume or personal effects that may be considered culturally inappropriate and/or impede the view of those around or behind you.
  • Crates (bread or milk crates).
  • Confetti or shredded paper.
  • Drones or any other remote control devices.
  • Eskies, Drink coolers or ice-boxes which are large and bulky.
  • Fires and open flames.
  • Flammable liquids.
  • Flares, fireworks, sparklers, explosives or any fire twirling equipment.
  • Food and beverages (except as permitted under the Festival T+Cs.
  • Glass (jars, bottles, containers, mirrors and perfumes).
  • Hydration packs and reservoirs (e.g. Camelbaks) and sealable pouches (yoghurt, baby food pouches) * exceptions for families with children under 14 years of age.
  • High Visibility Vests.
  • Illegal or illicit substances.
  • Kites or sky lanterns.
  • Nitrous oxide bulbs and canisters.
  • Noise-making devices such as air horns, horns, bells, bullhorns, thunder sticks, whistles or musical instruments.
  • Lasers, laser pointers or pens.
  • Masks (with the exception of medical masks or religious face coverings).
  • Political signage.
  • Pools (eg inflatable pools, plunge pools, spa pools, etc).
  • Professional photography equipment (e.g. telephoto lenses; any lens over 5cm; any detachable lens; stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment or anything deemed by Festival personnel to be professional photography equipment).
  • Recording devices including audio or video (eg GoPro and similar).
  • Sharpies, markers, paint cans or paint pens.
  • Signage (e.g. trading signs or political signage or anything deemed offensive in the opinion of Festival personnel).
  • Skateboards, scooters, wagons, carts, rollerblades, roller skates, bicycles, electric bikes, electric scooters, quad-bikes, segways, hoverboards, self-balancing scooters or any personal motorised transportation.
  • Sound systems.
  • Studded items (eg belts, wristbands, etc).
  • Tables, tents or sun shelters.
  • Toy guns, water guns or slingshots.
  • Two-way walkie talkies or radios.
  • Umbrellas.
  • Unauthorised solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, or other promotional items.
  • Weapons of any kind including tasers, mace sprays or explosives of any kind (including potential missiles / projectiles).
  • Whips, ropes, lassos.
  • Any other item deemed by Festival personnel (in their discretion) to be, or potentially be, a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests, dangerous or offensive.

PROHIbited items – CAMPGROUNDS

Campground Prohibited Items must be surrendered prior to entry to the Campground. Surrendered items will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed. Any persons found to be in possession of illegal substances or participating in illegal activities will be removed from the Campground and may be referred to the police.

Campground Prohibited Items include but are not limited to:

  • Alcohol
  • Animals (excluding service or assistance animals such as guide dogs).
  • Balloons, frisbees, projectiles, sticks, poles, bats, clubs, etc.
  • Beanbags, blow-up chairs or lounges or couches.
  • Clothing, jewellery or accessory displaying the name of any motorcycle-related or similar organisations or any “declared criminal organisation” within the meaning of the Criminal Code (Criminal Organisations) Regulation 2013.
  • Clothing, costume or personal effects that may be considered culturally inappropriate.
  • Confetti or shredded paper.
  • Drones or any other remote control devices.
  • Fires and open flames.
  • Fuel in excess of 20 litres per vehicle on a campsite (not including overflow vehicles). Empty jerry cans are permitted.
  • Flares, fireworks, sparklers, explosives or any fire twirling equipment.
  • Glass (jars, bottles, containers, perfumes) – see Mirrors below.
  • High Visibility Vests.
  • Illegal or illicit substances.
  • Kites or sky lanterns.
  • Nitrous oxide bulbs and canisters.
  • Noise-making devices such as air horns, horns, bells, bullhorns, thunder sticks, whistles or musical instruments.
  • Lasers, laser pointers or pens.
  • Masks (with the exception of medical masks or religious face coverings).
  • Mirrors - small unframed mirrors (excluding small compact framed mirrors intended for personal grooming).
  • Mirrors - large unframed mirrors (excluding mirrors which are safely and securely affixed inside a caravan or mobile home).
  • Political signage.
  • Pools (inflatable pools, plunge pools, spa pools, etc.).
  • Professional photography equipment (e.g. telephoto lenses; any lens over 5cm; any detachable lens; stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment or anything deemed by Festival personnel to be professional photography equipment).
  • Recording devices including audio or video (GoPro and similar).
  • Sharpies, markers, paint cans or paint pens.
  • Signage (e.g. trading signs or political signage or anything deemed offensive in the opinion of Festival personnel).
  • Skateboards, scooters, wagons, carts, rollerblades, roller skates, bicycles, electric bikes, electric scooters, quad-bikes, segways, hoverboards, self-balancing scooters or any personal motorised transportation.
  • Studded items (eg belts, wristbands, etc).

  • Weapons of any kind including tasers, mace sprays or explosives of any kind (including potential missiles / projectiles).
  • Whips.
  • Any other item deemed by Festival personnel (in their discretion) to be, or potentially be, a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests, dangerous or offensive.

Conditions of Entry – Festival Site

Conditions of Entry are Binding: Admission to the Festival is granted on the express condition that you are bound by the Festival Terms and Conditions published at the time you purchased your Festival Ticket (Festival T+Cs). By entering the Festival Site, you agree to be bound to the Festival T+Cs.

Directions of Festival Personnel: you must follow the reasonable directions of Festival personnel as required and comply with the law at all times during the Festival.

Licensing and Proof of Age: the Festival is an all ages event. You must have valid proof of age photo ID to purchase or consume alcohol in the Festival Site.  Promoter reserves the right to evict any underage person (or persons unable to provide proof of age ID) if found trying to purchase or consuming alcohol.

All Children Under 18 Years: all children aged under 18 years of age as at 18 March 2026 (Minors) must be accompanied at all times in the Festival Site by a responsible adult, parent or guardian. You will be required to present proof of age for all children aged 3 years and under. A copy of a birth certificate is an acceptable proof of age.  

Festival Wristband: your Festival Wristband must be worn at all times at the Festival Site – failure to do so may result in eviction from the Festival Site. Any Wristbands that are removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid. Damaged or defaced Wristbands will not be accepted.

Search on Entry:  itis a condition of entry to the Festival Site that a search of you and/or your possessions be required at the time of entry to the Festival Site.  If you do not consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the Festival Site without refund.  Festival Prohibited items are published at the time you purchased your Festival Ticket and, are posted online and are available at Festival Site entry points. Any Festival Prohibited Items must be surrendered to permit entry to the Festival Site.  Surrendered items will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed.  

Alcohol: the Festival is fully licensed. BYO alcohol is not permitted into the Festival Site. Any alcohol must be surrendered and will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed and the offending patron may be ejected from the Festival Site for the remainder of the Festival.  Only alcohol purchased from bars at the Festival may be consumed at the Festival Site. If you wish to consume alcohol, you must have valid proof of age photo ID.  You must be of legal age (18 years) to purchase and consume alcohol on the Festival Site.  If you are found supplying or buying alcohol for a Minor you will be evicted from the Festival and may be referred to police.

Food and Drink: no food or drink (including sealed plastic water bottles) can be brought into the Festival Site. Only unsealed EMPTY plastic or metal water bottles (no glass) can be brought into the Festival Site (for use at the free water stations).

Behaviour: unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in eviction from the Festival Site. You will be evicted from the Festival Site if you behave in a threatening or inappropriate manner (aggressive, riotous, abusive, lewd or insulting actions) towards other patrons or Festival personnel. Promoter asks all patrons to be culturally sensitive when choosing their fashion attire.

CCTV: CCTV cameras are operational at various points across the Festival Site and they may capture and record your image. Any personal information collected through the CCTV will comply with Australian Privacy Principles. Your personal information will be kept secure and will be destroyed or de-identified when it is no longer needed.

Smoking and Vaping Policy: there will be designated smoking and vaping only areas in the Festival Site and they will be subject to applicable Queensland Health laws in place at the time of the Festival. No smoking or vaping is permitted in any space outside of these designated areas or any indoor area of the Festival Site.

No Animals: animals are not permitted at the Festival Site. Assistance animals (such as guide, hearing and assistance dogs) that have been trained to assist a person with a disability, to alleviate effects of that disability; and have been trained and certified or accredited and registered are permitted.  Note that Festival personnel reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog that is declared a dangerous dog or a restricted breed, has an infectious disease or poses a threat to public health or the health of other animals.

Drugs:  if you are found supplying, consuming or in possession of illicit drugs you will be removed from the Festival Site and may be referred to police.

Medication: all medication (prescription or over the counter) must be declared on entry and may need approval by a Festival medic. Medication is allowed to be brought into the Festival Site, under the following conditions:

(a)            Medication must be in its original packaging and untampered.

(b)            Medication must be placed in a clear, resealable bag.

(c)            Medication must have proof of script.

(d)            It must only be the dosage for that day (for the Festival Site).

All medication will undergo normal security processes upon entry to the Festival Site.

Weather: this is an outdoor festival and the grounds can be affected by inclement weather. This means the grass area, paths and roads can become very muddy. Promoter recommends you consider this in planning for the Festival and recommends you wear appropriate, sturdy footwear (closed toe footwear is recommended) and clothing for all weather conditions.

Risk: entry to the Festival Site is at your own risk. Without limiting the generality of this you must:

(a)            wear appropriate, sturdy footwear (closed toe footwear is recommended) and clothing at all times at the Festival Site;

(b)            not mosh, crowd surf, circle pit, wall of death, slingshot, stage dive or engage in similar anti-social crowd behaviour;

(c)            wear ear plugs if necessary; and

(d)            determine whether your health or the health of other attendees may be adversely impacted by your attendance at the                  Festival.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promoter takes no responsibility for any hearing damage or loss caused by excessive noise or injury caused by your failure to follow Promoter’s directives.

In the event of injury or illness Promoter may in its discretion, at your cost, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed necessary for your safety or the safety of other patrons at the Festival Site.

Conditions of Entry – CAMPGROUNDS

Conditions of Entry are Binding:  Admission to the Campgrounds is granted on the express condition that you are bound by the Camping Terms and Conditions published at the time you purchased your Camping Ticket (Camping T+Cs). By entering the Campgrounds, you agree to be bound to the Camping T+Cs.

Directions of Festival Personnel: you must follow the reasonable directions of Festival personnel as required and comply with the law at all times during the Festival.

Festival & Camping Wristband: your Festival & Camping Wristband must be worn at all times at the Campground – failure to do so may result in eviction from the Campground. Any Wristbands that are removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid. Damaged or defaced Wristbands will not be accepted.

Maximum Number of People on a Camp Site: you cannot have more than the maximum number of occupants per Camp Site however you are permitted to have less than the maximum number.

Selection of Camp Site: all Camp Sites in the Campground will be allocated by Camp Marshalls on a first come, first served basis, unless sold as ‘Reserved’ which will be allocated at the time of purchase.

Vehicle Movement: vehicles brought into the Campground (including the Overflow Car Park) are not permitted to leave the Campground (or the Overflow Car Park) under any circumstances until the Approved Departure Time. All vehicles brought onto the Campground (or the Overflow Car Park) must remain parked at the designated Camp Site or Overflow Car Park spot until the Approved Departure Time.  Vehicles are not permitted to be driven around the Campground for any reason (this includes ferrying passengers between entry gates and the designated Camp Site or the Overflow Car Park).

Approved Departure Time means the following (which remain subject to change by Promoter in Promoter's discretion with any changes published on the CMC website):

From      10:30 pm (AEST)                   Sunday 22 March 2026    Until        01:00 am (AEST)          Monday 23 March 2026

From      06:00 am (AEST)                   Monday 23 March 2026  Until        12:00 midday (AEST)   Monday 23 March 2026

Note that departure between the below times will be restricted and staggered by Festival Traffic Marshalls with support from Festival Security and Police:

From       10:30 pm – 11:30pm (AEST) on Sunday 22 March 2026

From       06:00 am – 09:00am (AEST) on Monday 23 March 2026

Breach of this condition may result in your eviction from the Campground.

Vehicle Speed Limits:  you must obey any speed limits sign posted within the Campgrounds and the Overflow Car Park. Breach of this condition may result in your eviction from the Campground.

Noise: no noise is permitted in the Campground after 12:00 midnight (AEST).

Behaviour and Security: please respect the Campground and your fellow campers. Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in your eviction from the Campground. You will be evicted from the Campground if you behave in a threatening or inappropriate manner (aggressive, riotous, abusive, lewd or insulting actions) towards other patrons, Camping Marshalls or Festival personnel.  

CCTV: there will be 24 hour security and CCTV at the Campground to ensure the safety and amenity of all campers. You are responsible for the safety and security of your belongings and Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of your possessions at the Campground.  

Smoking and Vaping Policy: there will be designated smoking and vaping only areas in the Campground and they will be subject to applicable Queensland Health laws in place at the time of the Festival. No smoking or vaping is permitted in any space outside of these designated areas or any indoor area of the Campground.

No Animals: animals are not permitted at the Campground.  Assistance animals (such as guide, hearing and assistance dogs) that have been trained to assist a person with a disability, to alleviate effects of that disability; and have been trained and certified or accredited and registered are permitted.  Note that Campground Marshalls and Festival personnel reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog that is declared a dangerous dog or a restricted breed, has an infectious disease or poses a threat to public health or the health of other animals.

No Trading: you are not permitted to trade or offer any goods or services for sale within the Campground unless you have the prior written consent of Promoter. This includes pre-sale of goods or services where collection or redemption is arranged within the Campground.  

Drugs: if you are found supplying, consuming or in possession of illicit drugs you will be removed from the Campground and may be referred to police.

Promoter recommends you consider this in planning for the Campground and recommends you wear appropriate, sturdy footwear (closed toe is recommended) and clothing for all weather conditions and your camping equipment is suitable for all weather conditions.

Risk: entry to the Campground is at your own risk.  Without limiting the generality of this you must:

(a)            wear appropriate, sturdy footwear (closed toe footwear is recommended) and clothing at all times at the Campground;

(b)            not engage in anti-social crowd behaviour;

(c)            determine whether your health or the health of other attendees may be adversely impacted by your attendance at the                 Campground.
