• Open: 8:00am–11:55pm on Fri 20, Sat 21 & Sun 22 March.
• Cost: $35 for single day and $100 for weekend pre-purchase (AXS) / $50  per single day on ground (if available).
• No overnight parking or sleeping in vehicles.
• No trailers, RVs, caravans, campervans or motorhomes.
• Cars and motorbikes only.
• Tailgating is not permitted.
• Single entry only per ticket, no pass outs.

Please expect delays upon leaving the carparks, long wait times are likely.

CMC recommends pre-purchasing tickets on one of the CMC Buses for an easy trip.

Carpooling is encouraged for faster entry and reduced traffic.‍

• Available with a valid disability parking permit only (must be displayed).
• Parking ticket is still required, pre-purchase from AXS.
• Don’t forget to submit your Accessible & Companion Card request here.

We will provide you with further details about the location and access closer to the Festival.

On-Site Allowances

• One (1) vehicle only allowed on-site per Medium, Large, The Ranch Camp Sites – no exceptions.
• One (1) vehicle only allowed in the dedicated parking area for The Glampstead; noting it’s not right next to your tent, but it is within the compound.
• No vehicle at all allowed on-site for Mini Sites & The Inn. You will have access to one (1) car space located in a nearby car park is included. Any Overflow vehicles need to purchase a ticket for Ace Overflow.

Overflow

• All additional vehicles require an Overflow Car Park Ticket for the Campground you’re staying in. Pre-purchase via AXS.
• Drop off your gear first, then move it to Overflow Parking.
• Overflow locations are in Ace, Buck, Cowboy & Denim Campgrounds.
• Once sold out, alternative parking must be arranged (off-site and bus in, or rideshare with friends).

All bus tickets must be pre-purchased via AXS and are valid only with a Festival Ticket.

If you have organised a private shuttle bus to drop you off or pick you up, your shuttle bus will need a Private Shuttle Pass to access the Festival. Private Shuttle Passes cost $100 per pass. Application Form coming soon.

A limited Drop Off/Pick Up zone will be available, the location will be confirmed closer to the Festival.

Expect heavy traffic in the precinct.
