‍Setting up your AXS Account on the AXS App - iOS or Android

1. Download the AXS App by selecting AXS Tickets app from the App Store / Google Play.
2. Open the AXS App and tap 'Sign Up'.
3. Enter your name, email and password, then tap 'Create Account'.
4. Check your email inbox or junk folder for the verification link.
5. Tap the 'Verify Email' link in the email.
6. Return to the AXS App, where a 'Success' message will appear.
7. Enter your mobile number and tap 'Send Code Via Text'.
8. Enter the 6-digit code to verify your account.
9. You're all set! Welcome messages will appear, and your profile will be visible in the top right.

Setting up your AXS Account on the AXS Website

1. Go to AXS.com and click 'Sign In' at the top left of the menu bar.
2. Select 'Create AXS Account'.
3. Enter your name and email, then click 'Create Account'.
4. Check your email inbox or junk folder for the verification link.
5. Click the 'Verify Email' link, set your password and click 'Set Password'.
6. Enter your mobile number and click 'Send Code Via Text'.
7. Enter the 6-digit code to complete verification.
8. You're all set! Your name will appear at the top right of the page.

You can buy:

• up to six (6) Festival Tickets + one (1) Camp Site Ticket per transaction.
• up to six (6) The YETI Station VIP Bar Tickets per transaction.
• up to one (1) Overflow Parking Ticket per transaction.

Your tickets will be available in your AXS Account after Thursday 11 September.

Yes! You can use PayPal’s Pay in 4 on checkout via AXS. Make sure you:

• Have an Australian PayPal account set up in advance.
• Are over 18 years of age with an Australian residential address.

When buying tickets:

1. Choose your tickets via AXS.
2. Select the Pay Later option on the checkout page of AXS.
3. If approved, you will make the first payment at the time of your purchase
4. You will pay the balance across 3 payments - one payment every two (2) weeks.

There is a limit of $2,000.00 and payments cannot be split across multiple payment methods if the order/transaction total exceeds $2,000.00. If your order does exceed $2,000 you would need to do a second* order/transaction for the remaining tickets.

No, there are only three ticket categories available: Adult (18+ years old), Youth (15-17 years old) and Junior (4-14 years old). Children aged 3 years and under (as at 18 March 2026) are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket to gain entry to the Festival Site or Campground.

Yes. Access to the Festival Site is only granted with a Full Festival Ticket. Camping requires:

• 1 x Camp Site Ticket (per site)
• 1 x Campground Entry Ticket (per person)

You only need one (1) Camp Site Ticket per group. Make sure to claim Camp Site Entry Tickets for everyone camping with you on the Camp Site from Thursday 11 September in your AXS account when entering your camping preferences (Day of arrival, Campground entries etc).

Yes – there are four campgrounds: Ace, Buck, Cowboy and Denim. There are a range of powered and non-powered site sizes and configurations. Not all Campgrounds include all camp site types.

Ace: formerly part of A Campground. We’re splitting A Campground into two - Ace and Denim. 

Buck: formerly known as B Campground.

Cowboy: formerly known as C Campground.

Denim: formerly part of A Campground. We’re splitting A Campground into two - Ace and Denim.

All advertised camp site sizes will be strictly enforced, just so everyone in the Campgrounds has a fair play with their set up.

Make sure you have measured your Tents, Swags, Camper Trailers, Caravans, Horse Floats, Roof Top Campers, Camper Vans and Motorhomes and you know which size Camp Site you need BEFORE you purchase your Camp Site Ticket.

Yes. Use the AXS Official Resale – stay tuned for when this option becomes available.

DO NOT use the Transfer Ticket option for private sales to those not known by you – there’s no way for CMC to guarantee the seller is legit or that the tickets are real. Stick to the AXS Official Resale for safe buying and selling.

Yes. You can transfer tickets via the AXS App from Thursday 11 September. The recipient must have their own AXS account.

1. Open the AXS App and log in.
2. Tap the Ticket Icon at the bottom to see all your events.
3. Select CMC Rocks QLD.
4. Tap the Transfer button to view the tickets you bought.
5. Choose the ticket/s you want to transfer and tap done.
6. Enter the recipients name and email (make sure they match their AXS Account) and tap done.
7. Review the transfer details, ensuring the right tickets and info are selected.
8. Tap Transfer.
9. You'll see a Transfer Pending message, and the ticket/s will be removed from your account once accepted.

Note: Repeat this process for each person you're transferring tickets to.

Individual names aren’t required. The best way to go is to transfer the ticket so each person has their own ticket in their AXS account. 

REMINDER - DO NOT use the Transfer Ticket option for private sale to those not known by you - there's no way for CMC to guarantee the seller is legit or that the tickets are real.

Log in to your AXS account that holds your Camp Site purchase from Wednesday 10 September to redeem and manage all your camping preference.

No. Youth and Junior ticket types must be purchased for those under 18. Contact AXS Support if you need to swap ticket types.

Yes. 1 carer per paid ticketholder may be eligible. Submit your request here. You’ll need to have the following information handy:

• Your name and AXS order number.
• A scan/photo of your Companion Card.
• A scan/photo of your Mobility Parking permit.

Yes! CMC Rocks QLD 2026 is an all ages event.  However, all children aged under 18 years of age (Minors) must be accompanied at all times in the Campground and Festival Site by a responsible adult, parent or guardian.

Tickets for Minors can only be purchased with an Adult (18+) Ticket. There are two (2) ticket categories for Minors:

• Junior Ticket 4 Years– 14 Years: children who are 4 years and over (as at 18 March 2026) are to buy a Junior Full Festival Ticket, or a Junior Full Festival & Camping Ticket (as required).
• Youth Ticket 15 Years – 17 Years: persons 15 years and over but under 18 years of age (as at 18 March 2026) are to buy a Youth Full Festival Ticket, or a Youth Full Festival & Camping Ticket (as required).

‍Children aged 3 Years and Under: Children aged 3 years and under (as at 18 March 2026) are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket to gain entry to the Festival Site or Campgrounds.  

You will be required to present proof of age for all minors. A copy of a birth certificate is an acceptable proof of age.  

All Adults (18+) must have valid proof of age photo ID to purchase or consume alcohol in the Festival Site. Digital licenses are accepted as a form of ID. You will need to open the app and login to show security. Screenshots will not be accepted.

CMC Rocks QLD  is a standing event. No reserved or allocated seating.

You may bring chairs (subject to guidelines), except in:

• Front-of-stage exclusion zones
• VIP Bar area
• Accessible Viewing Platforms
• Any other areas marked on the official map (coming soon)

This may change depending on any COVID Safe guidelines that the festival is required to comply with. We will notify you if this happens.
