Yes – we accept Companion Cards for CMC Rocks QLD.

If you hold a government-issued Companion Card you may be eligible for a complimentary ticket for your companion. 

Your companion will be eligible for the same entry ticket type as the paid ticket holder. 

To access Accessible and Companion Card tickets please submit via this form. If you have been issued a Companion Card ticket, you may be required to present your Companion Card at the Festival.

When submitting your request please ensure you have the following information ready:

• Your name.
• Your email.
• Your contact number.
• Your AXS ticket order number.
• A scan or photo of your Companion Card (if you are requesting a complimentary ticket).

Yes - a Sensory Room will be available for use during the Festival and includes:

• adjustable lighting
• comfortable and varied seating
• sensory items
• a supportive trained team member
• aromatherapy / scent diffusers

*Please note - access to the Sensory Room is restricted to patrons requiring sensory accommodations, with duration and access determined at the discretion of Festival personnel.

Yes. Registered assistance animals – including guide dogs, hearing dogs, mobility support animals, medical alert animals and psychiatric service animals – are all welcome at CMC Rocks. Further information is available on our Accessibility Info webpage here.

If you wish to bring an Assistance Animal to the Festival Site or Campground, please contact Promoter at accessibility@cmcrocks.com if you require further details.

Yes. Please follow these conditions:

All medication (prescription or over the counter) must be declared on entry and may need approval by a Festival medic. Medication is allowed to be brought into the Festival Site, under the following conditions:

• Medication must be in its original packaging and untampered. 
• Medication must be placed in a clear, resealable bag.
• Medication must have proof of script.
• It must only be the dosage for that day (for the Festival Site).

All medication will undergo normal security processes upon entry to the Festival Site.

Yes. Elevated accessible viewing platforms are located:

• in front of Rebel and Stampede Stages. 
• in front of Tailgate Stage. 

These viewing platforms are for the sole use of Eligible Persons and are specifically in place for patrons who use a wheelchair. 

To ensure the platform is available and comfortable for those who need it, access to the viewing platforms will be determined at the discretion of the Festival personnel.

Patrons in wheelchairs will have priority.

• Patrons in wheelchairs will have priority.
• Patrons with Service Dogs will have priority. 
• Only one companion is permitted to accompany each Eligible Person. 
• Companions may be asked to stand in the back of the viewing platform or move to the side if capacity is reached.
• Attendees are not allowed to save or hold spots on the viewing platforms.
• Viewing platform space is allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• No BYO chairs are permitted on the viewing platforms.
• Patrons with temporary injuries (who are not using wheelchairs) will be assessed individually based on the available capacity of the viewing platforms at the time access is sought.
• Viewing platform access is not guaranteed for all companions (particularly during headline artist performances).
• All viewing platforms will be managed by a festival host and security. 

The Campground is located outside of the Festival site but within the Willowbank Raceway precinct and Queensland Raceway precinct, and is predominantly large grass fields with some bitumen and/or gravel unsealed roads. Conditions may be affected by wet weather.

CMC Rocks QLD is a large outdoor event.

The Festival Site features mostly flat terrain with slight slopes and some uneven surfaces. Gravel and bitumen surfaces are found in certain sections but do not cover the entire Festival Site.

The Festival Site can be affected by inclement weather. This means the grass area, paths and roads can become very muddy. We strongly recommend you consider this in planning your attendance at the Festival and we encourage you to take extra precautions when moving around the Festival Site and Campground. As always, notify Festival personnel if you require assistance at any time.

Ace Campground is the most accessible to the main Festival Site. 

Buck Campground is the most accessible to the Tailgate precinct on the Festival Site. 

Promoter recommends Ace Campground or Buck Campground as the best option for any patrons who have accessibility requirements. 

All official CMC Rocks QLD Campgrounds (Ace, Buck, Cowboy and Denim) will have accessible amenities, however, be aware that Denim is an unpowered Campground. 

Yes.

Vehicles with valid disability parking permits must still purchase a Car Parking ticket.

You can pre-book your Car Parking ticket once tickets are available for purchase.

To access Accessible and Companion Card tickets, please submit your request to Promoter via this form.

Promoter will provide further details about the location and access to Accessible Car Parking closer to the Festival.

Yes – each Campground has a dedicated accessible amenities area.

To access these facilities, please pre-register by submitting your request to Promoter online via this form.

Limited access may be available without pre-registration, but it is not guaranteed.
