All pre-delivered campers, caravans, motorhomes or RVs will be located in DENIM Campground.

You must purchase either a Class C (8m x 6m) or Class D (12m x 6m) camp site – depending on how big your hire camper, caravan, motorhome or RV is - in DENIM Campground.

Any pre-delivered campers, caravans, motorhomes or RVs will not be accepted into any of the other Campgrounds.

Please note the below Camp Site Sizes, to ensure your camper, caravan, motorhome or RV will fit within the designated space. If it is larger than the designated space, you are unable to have this on your site, and your hired equipment will not be able to stay on site.

• Class C: 8m x 6m
• Class D: 12m x 6m

• All drop offs and collections will need to be pre-arranged with CMC Rocks by completing the form below in full.
• Deliveries can only be made between 8:00am and 3:00pm on Tuesday 16 March 2027 via Gate Entry 4 (off Champions Way). Noting, you may have to park and wait for up to 30 mins while the Team is setting each delivery up.
• Collections can only occur AFTER 3:00pm Monday 22 March via Gate Entry 4 (off Champions Way). Noting, you may have to park and wait for up to 30 mins while the Team is organising access into the venue.
• Getting to Gate Entry 4 (Denim Campground):
  • There are a few roads along the way that you may be tempted to try and take a shortcut but these roads DO NOT have access to Paynes Road.
  • Mt Hines Road is split up by a creek that you cannot cross.
  • All vehicles must enter via Goebels Road. Please refer to the Campground Entry Map found HERE [link to page].
• Once at Gate Entry 4, the delivery person will be met by a CMC Rocks Campground Ranger and directed to the designated Camp Site.

Keys for the camper, caravan, motorhome or RV must be in a coded locked box on the A-Frame and arrangements for access must be made directly between the deliverer and the attendee. CMC Rocks will not be accepting any keys, and does not take responsibility for any missing keys.

Any campers, caravans, motorhomes or RVs must be labelled by the Hire Company with the Customer’s name and phone number on the external. CMC Rocks will not be providing labels.

Power will be available during the operating times of the event, CMC cannot guarantee that generators will be on during delivery time, but the camper or caravan provider delivering must connect the caravan before departing.10 amps or 15 amps is available. You must bring your own 25 metre extension cord to connect to power. We cannot guarantee connection to the campground distribution board with extension cords that are shorter than 25 metres in length. All extension cords must be tested and tagged as per Electrical Testing Standard AS3760.

Campers, caravans, motorhomes or RVs must come pre-filled with water. There is no capacity to fill water tanks at the CMC Campgrounds.

Please note full list of Prohibited Items within the CMC Rocks Campgrounds found HERE. Campers, caravans, motorhomes or RVs may be checked by Security prior to entering the Campgrounds for Delivery.

Pre-delivery of a camper, caravan, motorhome or RV is at your own risk. While we take great care for hired in equipment at all times, CMC will not be liable or responsible for any injury, damage or loss to person or property which is a result of an early delivery of a camper, caravan, motorhome or RV. CMC will not be liable or responsible for patrons finding a camper, caravan, motorhome or RV in the state it is delivered in or a company collecting a caravan or camper in the state it is collected in. CMC will not accept any keys on behalf of anyone else.
