Need help but not sure where to go?
CMC Rocks has a number of people you can reach out to and places you can go to for help or with any questions. Text the Patron Number
Please text 0482 082 812 if you need any help. Include the reference of your location (for example ‘your location is: I 20’). You’ll find the number on signage around the Festival Site. Head to The Drove Info Booth
Located near the main Festival Entry, a team will be there to answer your questions. Box Office at Festival Entry
Box Office will be located at main Festival Entry, they can assist with a Festival Ticketing enquiries. Marshal Station at Campgrounds
Each Campground has a Marshal Station and dedicated Team to look after our Campgrounds and Campers. You’ll find your Marshals wearing hi-vis and hanging out at the Marshal Station. A Campers Map and Festival Map will be released closer to the Festival which will include locations of all customer service points
THE DROVE INFO BOOTH

Where our fans come first, need assistance or information? The Drove Info Booth team will be there with friendly faces ready to help you navigate the Festival, answer questions and provide recommendations for the ultimate CMC Rocks experience!
LOCKERS
Details
There will be key operated lockers available for you to rent for the duration of the Festival You’ll be able to store small backpacks, merch, coats and other items you don’t want to cart around the Festival. Further details on how to prebook your locker will be released closer to the Festival in 2025.
LOST & FOUND
Details
Misplaced something during the excitement? Don't worry, our dedicated lost and found team is here to reunite you with your belongings. Head to The Drove Info Booth for assistance.
LOST CHILD / FAMILY MEMBER SYSTEM
Details
Safety is our priority. In the unlikely event of separation, our lost child / family member system ensures swift reunification with parents, carers or guardians, providing peace of mind for families. More information will be available closer to the Festival.
