CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
CAMPGROUNDS
Conditions of Entry are Binding: Admission to the Campgrounds is granted on the express condition that you are bound by the Camping Terms and Conditions published at the time you purchased your Camping Ticket (Camping T+Cs). By entering the Campgrounds, you agree to be bound to the Camping T+Cs.
Directions of Festival Personnel: you must follow the reasonable directions of Festival personnel as required and comply with the law at all times during the Festival.
Festival & Camping Wristband: your Festival & Camping Wristband must be worn at all times at the Campground – failure to do so may result in eviction from the Campground. Any Wristbands that are removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid. Damaged or defaced Wristbands will not be accepted.
Maximum Number of People on a Camp Site: you cannot have more than the maximum number of occupants per Camp Site however you are permitted to have less than the maximum number.
Selection of Camp Site: all Camp Sites in the Campground will be allocated by Camp Marshalls on a first come, first served basis, unless sold as ‘Reserved’ which will be allocated at the time of purchase.
Vehicle Movement: vehicles brought into the Campground (including the Overflow Car Park) are not permitted to leave the Campground (or the Overflow Car Park) under any circumstances until the Approved Departure Time. All vehicles brought onto the Campground (or the Overflow Car Park) must remain parked at the designated Camp Site or Overflow Car Park spot until the Approved Departure Time. Vehicles are not permitted to be driven around the Campground for any reason (this includes ferrying passengers between entry gates and the designated Camp Site or the Overflow Car Park).
Approved Departure Time means the following (which remain subject to change by Promoter in Promoter's discretion with any changes published on the CMC website):
From 10:30 pm (AEST) Sunday 22 March 2026 Until 01:00 am (AEST) Monday 23 March 2026
From 06:00 am (AEST) Monday 23 March 2026 Until 12:00 midday (AEST) Monday 23 March 2026
Note that departure between the below times will be restricted and staggered by Festival Traffic Marshalls with support from Festival Security and Police:
From 10:30 pm – 11:30pm (AEST) on Sunday 22 March 2026
From 06:00 am – 09:00am (AEST) on Monday 23 March 2026
Breach of this condition may result in your eviction from the Campground.
Vehicle Speed Limits: you must obey any speed limits sign posted within the Campgrounds and the Overflow Car Park. Breach of this condition may result in your eviction from the Campground.
Noise: no noise is permitted in the Campground after 12:00 midnight (AEST).
Behaviour and Security: please respect the Campground and your fellow campers. Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in your eviction from the Campground. You will be evicted from the Campground if you behave in a threatening or inappropriate manner (aggressive, riotous, abusive, lewd or insulting actions) towards other patrons, Camping Marshalls or Festival personnel.
CCTV: there will be 24 hour security and CCTV at the Campground to ensure the safety and amenity of all campers. You are responsible for the safety and security of your belongings and Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of your possessions at the Campground.
Smoking and Vaping Policy: there will be designated smoking and vaping only areas in the Campground and they will be subject to applicable Queensland Health laws in place at the time of the Festival. No smoking or vaping is permitted in any space outside of these designated areas or any indoor area of the Campground.
No Animals: animals are not permitted at the Campground. Assistance animals (such as guide, hearing and assistance dogs) that have been trained to assist a person with a disability, to alleviate effects of that disability; and have been trained and certified or accredited and registered are permitted. Note that Campground Marshalls and Festival personnel reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog that is declared a dangerous dog or a restricted breed, has an infectious disease or poses a threat to public health or the health of other animals.
No Trading: you are not permitted to trade or offer any goods or services for sale within the Campground unless you have the prior written consent of Promoter. This includes pre-sale of goods or services where collection or redemption is arranged within the Campground.
Drugs: if you are found supplying, consuming or in possession of illicit drugs you will be removed from the Campground and may be referred to police.
Medication: all medication (prescription or over the counter) must be declared on entry and may need approval by a Festival medic. Medication is allowed to be brought into the Campground, under the following conditions:
(a) Medication must be in its original packaging and untampered.
(b) Medication must be placed in a clear, resealable bag.
(c) Medication must have proof of script.
(d) It must only be the dosage for the duration of your stay at the Campground.
All medication will undergo normal security processes upon entry to the Campground.
Weather: this is an outdoor camping festival and the Campground can be affected by inclement weather. This means the grass area, paths and roads can become very muddy. Promoter recommends you consider this in planning for the Campground and recommends you wear appropriate, sturdy footwear (closed toe is recommended) and clothing for all weather conditions and your camping equipment is suitable for all weather conditions.
Risk: entry to the Campground is at your own risk. Without limiting the generality of this you must:
(a) wear appropriate, sturdy footwear (closed toe footwear is recommended) and clothing at all times at the Campground;
(b) not engage in anti-social crowd behaviour;
(c) determine whether your health or the health of other attendees may be adversely impacted by your attendance at the Campground.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promoter takes no responsibility for any hearing damage or loss caused by injury caused by your failure to follow Promoter’s directives.
In the event of injury or illness Promoter may in its discretion, at your cost, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed necessary for your safety or the safety of other patrons at the Campground.
