CMC Rocks QLD will be held at Willowbank Raceway in Ipswich, Queensland on Wednesday 18, Thursday 19, Friday 20, Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 March 2026. More than a music festival, CMC Rocks QLD is a cultural event that reflects the wonderful country lifestyle which is synonymous with Queensland – whether it’s the stellar line-up of Australian and International artists, the land, a regional community, or the associated industries.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Volunteer applications for CMC Rocks QLD 2026 are now open and will close at Midnight on Friday 7 November 2025.

Before submitting an application, you must read this Application Form and the associated Terms & Conditions in full. We need all supporting and requested documentation to be provided at the time of your application.

APPLICATION TIMELINE

Applications Close: Midnight, Friday 7 November 2025

Successful Applicants confirmed by: Monday 8 December 2025 with an indication on role and days for shifts.

Offers must be accepted by: Monday 22 December 2025‍

Confirmation of allocated position & roster times: Friday 27 February 2026

WHO CAN VOLUNTEER AT CMC ROCKS?

At CMC Rocks QLD, our volunteers play a vital role in creating an unforgettable experience for our audience. Whether you’re enthusiastic about music, hospitality, event management or simply eager to contribute to the vibrant atmosphere, we welcome your support.

As a volunteer, you’ll be an integral part of our festival community, working alongside like-minded individuals and gaining valuable experience in event coordination. From VIP hosting, to customer service to crowd management, there are diverse roles available to suit your interests and skills.

To apply as a volunteer, please take a moment to read the information below as well as the Festival Terms and Conditions, ensuring you understand the commitment and expectations. Once you’re ready, please complete the application form in full.

Each volunteer must apply separately.

If you want to pair with another volunteer for your shifts, you need to both select the same shifts.

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS AND SHIFTS

The Volunteer Program includes a variety of operational and administration positions.

We will try and accommodate you, however all positions and shift times will be allocated at Promoter's discretion.

VOLUNTEER DECLARATION AND PRIVACY STATEMENT

VOLUNTEER DECLARATION

The information provided by you for the purpose of assessing and recording your application will remain confidential at all times and will be governed by Privacy Act 1988, except for disclosure with reference to future opportunities if you have consented to above, or otherwise required by law.

By submitting your Application you confirm that you are fit, healthy and able to work as a volunteer at CMC Rocks QLD 2026 and you understand the terms associated with the Volunteer Program.

You also acknowledge and declare:

  1. You have volunteered to provide your services in exchange for the privileges associated with the Volunteer Program.
  2. You understand that you will be required to work a minimum of two (2) x six (6) hour shifts however this may extend due to busy or peak times.
  3. You are not an employee of CMC Rocks Pty Ltd.
  4. You are at least 18 years of age.
  5. You are fluent in the English language.
  6. You will agree to abide by all work health and safety standards and will follow all instructions provided by all festival personnel (including all emergency evacuation procedures).
  7. You will at all times maintain the confidentiality of all privileged information to which you are exposed whilst working as a volunteer.
  8. You have read and understand the Festival Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that to the extent relevant and permitted by law, the Festival Terms and Conditions apply to you and your attendance at the Festival Site and/or the Campgrounds.
  9. If you have already purchased a Festival Ticket for CMC Rocks QLD, it will be your responsibility to sell it in the official AXS resale program.

You understand that you will forfeit all privileges associated with the Volunteer Program if you:

  1. Fail to perform the services required for the period specified.
  2. Are involved in the theft of wristbands or property.
  3. Release wristbands to patrons who are not authorised to receive wristbands.
  4. Are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs whilst working as a volunteer. 
  5. Are acting in a manner that may present a risk to yourself or others.
